It's undeniably hard not to lie. It is easier to lie than deal with the truth when you're in an uncomfortable situation or trying to avoid getting in trouble. In these situations lying is unacceptable because, it alway comes back around and hurts. But in the event that your father has high blood pressure and is at risk of death ,and your mom has cancer, then its alright to lie because it's to protect him. Lying is completely wrong, unless it is to protect someone.
