I am writing you to give you an opportunity to explain this situation to me. I will try to make this brief I live in South Carolina and separated from my wife. She has lately been harassed by The Town of Hempstead sanitation, building as well as others because of an ex cop who lives near her is calling in special favors because the way the TOH shows up everyday about some new violation is incredible. This case 159773 involves the Sanitation dept claiming her lawn was over 8" which is in itself in dispute. But, your office, specifically Insp Maffei sent a certified letter on April 21st to 2 silversmith lane, Levittown informing them of the violation. The certified tracking number was 70121640000187946026 No one at the address could ever remember signing any letter, tracking this number shows that it was "undeliverable" and delivered back to your Merrick office on April 28th. Which I must assume since they received the letter sometime later, a person in your office dropped it in her mailbox and then claimed it was sent certified mail. …show more content…
Day leter a crew of roughly 25 men illegally entered her property and cut her lawn and then days later they received a $1200 bill? Before I get attorneys involved and since I am a writer and have written novels as well as newspaper articles and will embarrass your department, Insp. Maffei, Dominick Longobardi, Kate Murray and my lawyers will have a field day with this harassment charge because I have never in my life I have never witnessed the now, incredibly swift actions of the the TOH (I had lived in Nassau for over 40 years) this will only strengthen our case that you are showing favoritism to a former Police officer and doing his bidding. Please contact me so we can figure out why this is happening, what can be done to wipe out this illegal tax charge, and moving forward how your office will conduct it's business to the residents of the Town of
Debbie owed Carlos $50,000 on a contract for the purchase of 200 air conditioners on credit, the terms of payment stating “Payment due 60 days after delivery.” Delivery was made on January 2. On March 10, Debbie met Carlos and told him, “I’m sorry I missed out on paying you what I owe you. Collections have been slow. If you give me until May 1, I’ll pay you what I owe plus interest at 9%.” Carlos said, “O.K. I’ll give you until May 1.” On March 15, Carlos changed his mind and sued Debbie for $50,000. Debbie contends that the debt is not due until May

Due to it raining I advised the unknown female that I would speak to her at her house to prevent her from getting wet. I exited my vehicle and followed the unknown female to her house. The unknown female wanted todiscuss the issues and concerns in regards to the dog that resided at 223 N. Monroe Ave. As I was talking to the unknown female another neighbor that resided next to dog owner house approached me. As i was engaged in conversation with the neighbors, dog owner Sean Fabich drove up. I ended my conversation with the neighbors and met with Mr. Fabich. Mr. Fabich proceeded to tell me that I needed to check the dog license at the location I was just at and to check for dog fighting that he believed occurs at that location. I explained to Mr. Fabich that I am here in regards to the situation that occurred today and that dog fighting is handle by Columbus Humane. I advised Mr. Fabich that a complaint was received in regards to a incident that occurred today. Mr. Fabich stated that his neighbors hate him because he's gay and that I would understand because I'm black and gay. I did not respond to that
What (if any) action do you recommend that the city take in this matter? What (if any) procedural changes should be established to prevent such charges in the future?

Did things necessarily change after the Civil War? According to “Ain’t I a Women” she states that she still wasn’t treated like a woman. Then again she wasn’t one of the rich people who gets help for everything. In other words all she wants is to be treated like she is, an actual woman. Furthermore in the story “The Sullivan Ballou Letter” he states his love in a matter a factly way because he knows that he is going to die because he is going to war for lincoln but he doesn’t want to see his wife and kids cry so he tries to make it in the happiest way. Equally important in the story “Chasing Lincoln’s Killer” they are trying to recreate by words how his death was occurred and how he may not have had his death on that day if he wouldn’t have
However, police whistleblower is unfortunately all too rare. In the rare cases when other cops do muster the strength to and integrity to report gross misconduct of another officer, the whistleblower is often times ostracized, intimidated, threats made to the security of their jobs, and threats to their lives. For instance, Mr. Barron Bowling was awarded $830,000 due to the life long brain damage from a beating he received from a Drug Enforcement Administration agent Timothy McCue in Kansas City, KS. Timothy McCue claimed that Mr. Bowling resisted arrest. Fortunately a police detective names Max Seifert had the strength to report the wrong doings of the DEA agent. In doing so, he said reported that Timothy McCue threatened to kill Mr. Bowling, called him White Trash, and called him a system dodging inbred hillbilly. Members of the department destroyed photos of the physical damage done to Mr Bowling. Officer Seifert took the statement of witnesses and re-documented the physical and presented it to officials. For being a whistleblower, officer Seifert was forced into early retirement, lost a sizeable part of his pension, and retirement health insurance. In addition, his name and service was slandered and
Pacifico) is unaware of the letter sent to me twice, first via standard mail and then again by Certified mail, by the previous Property Manager, Mr. Steven Schlau. The letter accuses me of harassing the complainant’s by following them to the Garbage/Recycling Shed, following them around the parking lot, and threatening to go to the Colts Neck Police Department if I didn’t cease such actions. Again, these are false accusations that my husband and I unequivocally deny. It seems to me that the complainant’s believe that we should not be allowed outside of our unit or on the common elements when they are outside. If we are outside at the same time as they are, then per their viewpoint we are committing a crime. I reiterate, this is not fair. For the record, my husband and I had contacted the Colts Neck Police Department numerous times against each of the complainant’s long before Mr. Schlau sent his letter.
Hi, I wanted to write you both a letter to go over a few things so that you both know what to expect a little more. I know some of it is common sense, but I just wanted to write it all out to give everyone a bit more peace of mind.
