Heather Hach, thirty-six years old (1981), is a screenwriter, liberist, and novelist. She studied at the University of Colorado at Boulder’s school for journalism. She is currently married to Jason Hearne who she has two children with, Harper and Drake. She is known for her work on the film Freaky Friday, along with the musical, Legally Blonde (Britannica)! Legally Blonde the Musical is based off the novel Legally Blonde and the flim Legally Blonde by Amanda Brown in 2001. The show first took stage on February 6, 2007. Opening night was April 29, 2007. According to Playbill Vault, there was 595 performances of the musical, Legally Blonde (Playbill Vault). In 1913, producers Martin Beck, B.F. Keith, and E.F. Albee opened up the Palace Theatre. The venue suffered from the Depression Era and then because a movie house. The venue was purchased by the Nederlanders in 1966 and the Palace renovated and restored. The main characters in this musical are Elle Woods, Emmett, Warner, Callahan, Paulette, Vivienne, and Brooke. The musical was a smashing hit with the actors portraying these roles. I found my information on Playbill Vault and the book, American Musical Theatre. I learned that the Palace Theatre has also been a movie house. I found this very interesting in the fact that the theatre first started going downhill during the depression, but with new renovations and owners, they were able to build the place back up and return to its original use, for plays.
