That day Constable Hobbs conducted a lengthy seven-hour interview on young Steven Truscott in which he asked him a number of gruelling questions concerning the death of 12-year-old Lynne Harper.
The question today is whether Alex McKinnon should sue the National Rugby League for the injuries he sustained in a game last year. Well today learned colleagues, I will argue that he should not sue the NRL on the basis of negligence. First and foremost, on behalf of the National Rugby League and myself, we would like to extend our condolences for such a horrendous situation and we wish him all the best.
Justice can be achieved through various processes and principles if applied correctly, similarly justice can also be denied through these same processes and principles. This is exemplified through the Andrew Mallard case (M v The Queen 2005 HCA 68), and the missing persons case of Kieffen Raggett (2007) which shows how the incorrect application of processes like police investigations and coronial inquests can lead to justice being denied. Furthermore, legal principles such as; the rights of the accused and victims, are instrumental in achieving justice as shown through the application of these principles within these cases. These processes and principles can fail due to prejudged conclusions, police corruption, human error and cultural barriers

Everyone in America, from adults to students have freedom of speech. This freedom is provided by the first amendment. In the case Hazelwood v. After the court's decision, this case had a big impact on the school and many other people. Hazelwood v. Kuhlmeier talks about students not giving up their freedom of speech in a school setting.
The lives of everyone in the town of Springfield Oregon changed on May 21st of 1998. Most everyone who knew Foy would say that Foy was: kind hearted, giving, serving, a parent of two boys, active in the local Methodist church, a devoted spouse, and above all a female. I would conquer as her granddaughter but there are those who would argue that fact. How could several people firmly believe that Foy was a male? That in there lies the mystery.
Kelly has put herself in a moral predicament. She has this new life that she is doing so well in compared to the life of crime, or at least the crime, she had to run from. She is an asset to her community now and a positive influence for the people around her. This other woman for the purpose of discussion we will call her Ann, she is now on the way to jail for something they think she did do but she has been wrongfully identified. She is about to go to prison for something she did not do that will put her away for life. This other women Ann unlike Kelly is not currently a positive influence for her community and others. She in fact is a criminal who was arrested and falsely identified, because she was not identified for her own crimes. Does Kelly need to turn herself in or is her importance to the community more valuable than this other ladies’ freedom.
