Dynamic Interview
On August 12, 2016, I interviewed Kaitlyn Huckabee on the ten questions she composed for a personal interview. The people who she loves to spend time with were discussed within three of the ten questions. Five questions were relevant to what she likes to do and what she plans on doing in the future. The final two questions pertained to a couple of her unusual characteristics. After conducting this interview, I found that Kaitlyn is a great person who values many aspects of her life.
Kaitlyn Huckabee strongly values her relationships with others. She has three sisters who she spends time with frequently. When she needs to talk with someone, she goes to her mother. Additionally, she also enjoys hanging out with her
mother and Randy, her boyfriend. Kaitlyn Huckabee participates in many activities and has aspirations for her future. While Kaitlyn enjoys relaxing and watching Netflix, she truly loves to go outside and ride her horses. Therefore, because of this passion, she has become very talented and participates in barrel races. In addition to racing, she enjoys and excels in math at school. After graduating from high school, she plans on going to college to get a bachelor of science in nursing, hoping to eventually become a neonatal nurse. Kaitlyn Huckabee has unusual aspects that make her stand out. One of these is her natural red hair. She is very proud of the fact that she has never needed to dye her hair, and she is always curious about whether or not other people color their hair. Her other characteristic is not natural. When she was one year old, she burned her hand which resulted in her fingers becoming webbed. Just recently, though, over the summer, she had surgery to fix her hand and make it appear more ordinary. Currently, she has stitches in her hand to help heal the wound. Following this interview, I conclude that Kaitlyn is a caring, smart, and fun person. Spending time with her family and friends is a priority for Kaitlyn and she trusts them whenever she needs to let out any stress or problems she is having or just needs to talk with someone. While barrel racing, math, and watching Netflix are among the many activities Kaitlyn delights in now, she also has plans to become a neonatal nurse in the future. She enjoys her unusual characteristics that are distinctive. With all these great values and strong aspects, Kaitlyn is sure to have an exceptional future and career ahead of her.
I thought that Diane Guerrero who is an American actress speech about her family’s deportation was interesting. She recently appeared on an immigration themed of Chelsea handler’s talk show. Guerrero is the citizen daughter of immigrant parents. Guerrero mentioned how her family was taken away from her when she was just 14 years old. “Not a single person at any level of government took any note of me. No one checked to see if i had a place to live or food to eat, and at 14, i found myself basically on my own”, Guerrero added. Luckily, Guerrero had good friends to help her. She told handler how her family try to become legal but there were no sign or help. Her parents lost their money to scammers who they believed to be a lawyer. When her family’s

Things take a turn for the worst when a senior named Andy Evans sexually assaults her at the party without her friends knowing about it. Melinda is frightened, afraid, and does not know what to do so she calls 911 busting the party, and causing her friends and everyone at that school to hate her, even if they don’t know her.
To summarize this analysis, Hillary Clinton shows us how as we unite, the stronger our bond is. She uses clever ways to show this action. Though she did not win this presidential election, she is still loved by many. She helped herself because of the way she wrote and persuaded people to join her. Using rhetorical appeals
If your body was ninety percent artificial, would you still count yourself as human? The character Jenna Fox from the book The Adoration of Jenna Fox by Mary E. Pearson might have the answer. Jenna is a seventeen year old girl recovering from a traumatic accident, whose body has been replaced almost completely with prosthetics. In Jenna’s world, a limit is put on the amount of prosthetics one can receive, and Jenna has far surpassed it. Following her accident, her parents decided that the only way to save Jenna was to use an illegal amount of prosthetics on her. Their choice did not come without consequences however, as it heavily affected them and others around them, especially Jenna. The most important choice in the book was made by Jenna’s
The three videos that I observed are Case Social Worker, Addictions Therapists, and Child Find Specialist. The video I observed was the Case Social Worker the interview with Sue Dowling (Dowling, S). The video was about a interview was with Sue Dowling, who currently works with the Social Service Department in the Arlington Massachusetts area, and is an ongoing assessment social worker. Dowling noted in the interview that there are three phases in the Department of Social Services. The first phase is an intake or investigations. The second phase is the assessment. The third phase is the on-going assessment. The intake or investigation is an investigation of the complaint. When a social worker gets a complaint or issues they must conduct a 10 day investigation. During the beginning of the 10 days if the child is in an

The goal of Hillary’s speech is to persuade her audience that her ideas are valid, by using ethos, pathos, and logos. Hillary is the First Lady and Senator, she shows credibility as an influential activist for woman rights. “Over the past 25 years, I have worked persistently on issues relating to women, children, and families. Over the past two and a half years, I’ve had the opportunity to learn more about the challenges facing women in my country and around the world” (Clinton 2).
Bissinger said in a statement, “I elected to do this with Caitlyn because of the opportunity to create a book that will be riveting, important and reveal all the complexities and twists and turns of her life from boyhood to transition.” Buzz intends to keep Caitlyn Jenner honest and he said, "I made it clear to her before I agreed that everything has to be on the table, nothing can be left out, and I'm going to be interviewing dozens of other people,"
In her Ted Talk, “The game that can give you ten extra years of life” Jane McGonigal explains how she created a game called “Jane the Concussion Slayer” to help her overcome a concussion that didn’t heal properly. McGonigal describes to her audience the different levels and power-ups she created to cope with the process of her concussion since she had an unhealed concussion that left symptoms like headaches, nausea, vertigo, memory loss, and mental fog. In addition to this, McGonigal had to avoid everything that triggered her symptoms such as: writing, video games, work, emails, exercise, alcohol, etc. In doing so, she believed it helped her tackle challenges with more creativity, determination, and optimism. McGonigal then concludes her speech
"Some of us think holding on makes us strong; but sometimes it is letting go,"-Hermann Hesse. Regrettably, in this point of view, Jenna Fox's father, Matthew Fox, was incapable of staying strong. In the novel, The Adoration of Jenna Fox by Mary E. Pearson, seventeen-year-old Jenna Fox has woken up from a coma caused by a gruesome car accident, an accident in which she was told to have caused. Later, Jenna begins to pick up and put together the puzzle pieces of her own life, including how the way she is being kept alive is illegal. Putting these puzzle pieces together allowed her to realize why she was different and the truth about the accident. Jenna's parents, Matthew and Claire Fox decided to take advantage of Matthew's expertise and replace
Almost every generation criticizes the current adolescent generation due to the difference of historical perspectives. In response to this, I went out into the world and decided to interview someone of these older generations, Diane Partee Miller. Mrs. Miller is the age of seventy-five and is my maternal grandmother. She grew up in the small town of Evansport, which is located in the Northern part of Ohio. Mrs. Miller was an adolescent and primarily grew up in throughout the prime years of the 1950s. Differences between these generations is evident in classes taken in high school, social acceptance of dress, romantic relationships, and technology.
Upon searching for someone native to the Appalachian culture, I finally met a young woman by the name of Roselie Mable. Roselie was born March 9, 1935, in Pocahontas county, West Virginia. During my interview I asked her a numerous of questions which ranged from your typical "Where are you from?" "When were you born?" "What was your profession?" Etc. But there was one Question and answer that really sparked my interest. During the interview I asked Mrs. Mable "What brought you away from your home town?" And to my surprise opened up an interesting tale.
...er strength and commitment to "being the best she can be" through her desire to "keep up with society." This is demonstrated through her eagerness to learn to use a computer and her utiilization of the Internet and E-mail. However, the common theme Maxine discussed during the interviews was her love and dedication to her "Christian family." Her almost life long, loyal involvement, with her Church has given her membership in a Christian family. This Christian family fills a vital role in her life. This same Christian family gave her the opportunity to meet her current husband and best friend. I am grateful for the opportunity to conduct two separate interviews with Maxine. Her story is interesting and encouraging. As I progress towards my "golden years," I hope that I will maintain a healthy body, mind and soul. This formula has obviously worked for Maxine.
I interviewed Brigitte Mankiewicz about what it is like to be a home school parent. She answered questions regarding the positive and negative aspect of home schooling.
