A look at the latest Wikileaks’ release of John Podesta’s emails.

I refrained from reading mainstream media news articles from sites such as the Huntington Post, Washington Post, CNN, FOX news, and others main stream media websites to protect myself from unintentionally becoming subject to bias that may have colored my findings. As such, it has taken quite a bit longer to uncover the factual evidence surrounding this controversy then originally planned, but it was important to me as well as many of you who have shown interest to present an unbiased, factually correct article. What you read here is from following information straight from the original sources themselves (which I link to) and reaching a conclusion based off of the factual evidence I found.
My goal was and is to uncover truth, no matter how

Additionally, the finger in question is his pinky finger, not the middle finger as the occult recipe calls for, and the finger is fractured-- not cut. You can find the email and pictures regarding it here.

In an unrelated incident, another scandal involving Podesta has been shown to be unsubstantiated as well.
Regarding an email some critics have used to tie Podesta to with a reputed sex scandal— an email chain m entioning three young girls as being “further entertainment.”— accusations have been unfounded as well.
The email chain, which some critics used to make connections between Podesta, the Clintons and Jeffrey Epstein, refers to a weekend getaway at Tamera Luzzatto’s family farm. The three children are Luzzattos’ granddaughters, and the context of the email is clear that the children will be entertaining, as in amusing, not to be used as illicit entertainment.
Similarly to the email involving Podesta’s brother, Podesta was forwarded the email chain, to which he did not
The “Whitewater” scandal was a real estate scheme by the White Water Development Corp. Both President Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary Clinton were involved in the scandal to make a land deal. Many people were involved in the scheme, which was held in the 1980s in Arkansas. Bill Clinton and his wife maintained their funds by the support of the Madison Guaranty Savings and Loan, which represented the Clintons in the overthrow of their Whitewater shares. The Clintons were being investigated when there were improper campaign contributions, political and financial favors, and tax benefits.
None of this would have been much of a problem had Monica Lewinsky had not told Tripp that Bill Clinton and Vernon Jordan instructed her to lie about the affair with Clinton. Supposedly Linda Tripp has Monica alleging this on tape. These tapes if finally released to the public should prove to be quite titillating, Monica Lewinsky claims that Clinton was very fond of oral sex and that she it to him on a number of occasions. It has been alleged by various news organizations that a secret service agent actually caught Lewinsky and Clinton in the act. It has also been alleged that Monica Lewinsky has a blue semen stained dress which, if true, would be direct DNA evidence of the affair. But it still would not prove obstruction of justice. If that was ever proven it could be an impeachable offence, a sexual scandal probably would not lead to the impeachment of Bill Clinton. If not then it will simply be a source of Bill Clinton jokes.
Do the authors appear to be treating the issue seriously? Does Brooks or Tannen seem to be more serious?
This was a man who at the time was in the position of being elected associate justice of the Supreme Court. Anita Hill, who had worked for him as his personal assistant testified about these comments made by Clarence Thomas, "pornographic materials depicting individuals with large penises or large breasts involved in various sex acts. On several occasions Thomas told me graphically of his own sexual prowess (Smolowe)". This. Is. Not. Harmless. Garvis clearly did not take Hill 's words seriously and gave her own two cents about it, "Maybe he talked dirty to Anita Hill. Maybe He didn’t. Something obviously went on between the two of them that was sexually charged". What we are doing now is brushing off this man 's actions because a woman 's opinion is not valued enough because the attention was unwanted so there was no so called "sexual

On August 17, 1998, exactly one year after making the statement above, President Bill Clinton prepared to deliver a speech concerning a scandal that had gripped the nation for months. It is needless to say that this was an important moment during the Clinton administration. After accusations of sexual harassment, Clinton addressed the nation and admitted to having a relationship with Monica Lewinsky. In this critical speech Clinton set out to admit to wrong-doings, provide a few reasons for his action, and ultimately persuade the audience into moving on and forgetting the scandal. This essay will break down his speech into sections and examine the most and least effective strategies that Clinton employed and how well he executed those strategies. This is an interesting speech given under rare circumstances. Not since Watergate had an American president been under such harsh moral criticism from the public. By looking critically at this speech we are able to gain valuable insight into Clinton's motives.

Constitutionally, the case at first appears to be a rather one-sided violation of the First Amendment as incorporated through the Fourteenth. The court, however, was of a different opinion: "...
...ct, there is a much more pertinent question that no scientific study can answer. That question being whether parents have the rights to make choices for their children that involve the needs for the greater good of the community. With this subject in mind one can conclude that this debate will not disappear quickly, and solving such a pressing issue will arise new complications that will question the rights of American citizens.
As Bill Clinton name was being mention “Clinton goes on national TV to admit he had an inappropriate relationship with Monica Lewinsky” (CNN). This quote showed that Clinton realizes that he had to say the truth of what happened between them since he would always be denying that they had no relationship. This was the first step that Clinton had to do, to be sincere of what happened between them and later apologize for his bad conduct he had with Lewinsky, since he was having a relationship with Hillary Clinton. He mentions that “It is important to me that everybody who was been hurt know the sorrow I feel is genuine… Monica Lewinsky” (The History Place). This quote shows that he is feeling bad for what he had done to Monica and ask her if he could be forgiven due to the bad actions he had done to her that cause pain to her in the heart and that he was unfaithful to his wife Hillary Clinton that cause her pain as well as he did it to

Clinton’s spokesman Brian Fallon said “the classification determinations “were after-the-fact…for the purposes of preparing these emails for release publicly. It does not mean the material was classified when it was sent or received.” (Helderman and Hamburger). These emails should have never been stored on a non-classified server. By using her personal email and phone for all communications, this violated the Federal Records Act since work-related emails should be saved for the State Departments secure system. An additional 30,000 deleted emails were never turned over from the Clinton campaign stating those were personal ones, but the FBI found thousands of work-related ones that should have been turned over. Some of the email communications discovered were from a large number of people from the diplomats, top administration officials and foreigners. Questions were also raised about material being classified when they were not or the information being handled incorrectly by all levels of government officials. The practice of using non-secure email systems to send sensitive information was widespread in the department and elsewhere in the government. “Executive Order 13526 spells out how documents should be properly classified, including a header on the document clearly identifying the email as classified as
