The chemical spill gave her some superhuman powers which she uses to her advantage at times when investigating cases. This is where it all started; when she woke up from her coma she started realizing that she had special abilities so she started to give a shot at the super hero aspect to try and help people. But that was short lived as she encountered a man named Killgrave who better known as the “purple man”. Killgrave was once a spy, while on a mission he was on he purposely covered himself with a mysterious gas that gave him ultimate power of others people minds by using pheromones. Simply Killgrave could control anyone and obey to every command he gives you and you have absolute no control over it but you’re aware of what you’re doing. Jessica Jones fell into his trap and killgrave got complete control over her mind which he used to his advantage as a

As if she wasn’t aware that she was in great danger. Then she began helping the wounded victims. She wasn’t afraid to get blood on her hands at all. Even the really gross wounds didn’t seem to bother her. Rat Kiley explains, “In times of action her face took on a sudden new composure, almost serene, the fuzzy blue eyes narrowing into a tight, intelligent focus.
...use of her passion of keeping the world free of evil. In the world today there are many cases of people who do not get help when they might have PTSD until they have already hurt others. When any event causes the sufferer to remember the feelings associated with how they felt during the event that caused them to have post traumatic stress disorder, their rage could get hard to control if they do not get the help they need. In these characters and every human in real life, there is good and there is bad. Jekyll did not want to be caught being a criminal, the Whites’ tried to be sensible about their wishes but still took a wish they did not need, Mrs. Drover feared and worried too much, and Miss Strangeworth did not mind her own business. We as humans judge others, worry too much about not so important things, do bad sometimes, but we can also choose to do good.
When she destroys the jar of poison, the only remaining object of her past life and the metaphoric container of that life's destructive path, she stops the spreading of social and filial poison, hindering its influence on the lives of the future generation: Pammy and Linda. Many mental issues that we know are real today were denied and were simply thrown into one category. This category was just that something was wrong and sending them away would help the issue. When she was able to be released from her room at the end of her rest cure she had completely lost it because of the idleness and the solitary confinement. That trigger led her down a path of self-discovery and healing. By trying to help these kids she had to separate the child from the disorder, and in the process she was able to do the same for herself. Thesis: The character in this short story fantasizes about being Supergirl for many reasons. She fantasizes about her looks, money, and the ability to see past where she is stuck at right now in her life. She fantasizes about those reasons to help her deal with her actual life. Appearance is one fantasy the narrator has. The narrator talks about waking up from her dream having “tight curls still clinging to [her] head” (Cofer 317), but during her dream she fantasized having “straight”(317), and “golden color” (317) hair.
The memories give clues as to how they were killed, which ultimately allow her to work with a homicide detective, Clive Babineaux, to help solve these murders. In addition, she would possess a new skill from the brains she consumed too. Viewers can expect to see more of her “special” power every time she eats a brain. So, with her newly found psychic power, isn’t she the hero the city needs?
