Shakespeare’s tragic play Romeo and Juliet is about the life of two lovers from two long time feuding families the Montagues and the Capulets. The feud has been around so long that they do not even remember what it is about. This feud causes many problems between the two lovers that will eventually lead to their demise . Tybalt is the reason that Romeo and Juliet are dead. He was the cause that made the prince Unhappy with the two families. He was the reason Romeo got banished from Verona, He was the reason Mr. Capulet rushed the marriage of Paris and Juliet.

In the beginning of the Story Tybalt started a fight with Benvolio. Benvolio tried to keep peace but because of the way Tybalt acts he did not care about peace so he started to fight. The prince would eventually find out about this fight. This fight made the prince furious with the two families. “If ever you disturb our streets again,Your lives shall pay
Capulet felt that he had to get Juliet married to Paris. “Sir paris I will make a desperate tender Of my child's love”(Act 3 scene 3,Line 13). Mr. Capulet says that he is doing this to help Juliet get over the grief of Tybalt's death. Originally Mr. Capulet wanted to let Juliet age before she married paris but know with Tybalt's death he thinks wants to get them married as quick as possible. If this marriage was not rushed Juliet would not have used the sleeping potion to make her seem dead which caused Romeo to kill himself.

You could say that the heads of the family were the main cause of Romeo and Juliet’s death because they could have ended the feud and Mr. Capulet would be fine with their marriage but he would not be he would think that she is dishonoring him because he would still want the political ties of Juliet being married to Paris. “I tell thee what : get thee to church o’ thursday”. He could still make Juliet divorce Romeo and marry Paris because he has all control over Juliet because she is a
