Education is the significant instrument of empowerment: individual, society and nation. It has been given a place of great importance and provided by all civilized societies through centuries. U.N. has made education a universal human right. The principles of education not only involve imparting knowledge to the child, but it also involves development of the child’s critical awareness, cultural integration, aesthetic appreciation and moral and religious responsibilities. Teaching effectiveness is the necessities of a talent based teacher education, which includes knowledge, skills and values. The trainee teacher must demonstrate for successful completion of the teacher education programme. The term Teaching Effectiveness is referred to the results a teacher gets or to the amount of progress of pupils make towards some specified goal of education. Anderson (1991) stated that “… an effective teacher is one who quite consistently achieves goals which either directly or indirectly focuses on the learning of their students”.

Habitually, individuals identify themselves with their job and obtain motivation from its distinctiveness. It’s an activity that requires a person's mental or physical effort. If a person is trained for a certain type of job, they may have a profession. Whereas, satisfaction is a level of approval when comparing a product's perceived performance with his or her expectations. Job satisfaction in its broader context of the range is issues which affect an individual's experience of work, or their quality of working life. In summary, I believe an effective teacher has the most influence on an effective school. Because of this, I consider Cooper’s characteristics centered on effective teaching as most important. I do also believe that fostering effective teaching skills through effective professional development programs are essential to creating an effective school. Furthermore, I would not discount the roles of non-teachers in the school setting, as they contribute to a school’s overall effectiveness too.
Some of the things that companies could do to improve job satisfaction for example, would be to identify when an employee is bored on the job, address it, obtain feedback from the employee for ideas to make their job more interesting and challenging.
