Bars are technically considered to be a social gathering place. Town bars, city bars, country bars are considered to be the social get-together place. They serve as a centre point for all town and cities. They may vary in different shape and sizes. The opening times of these bars would be different in different countries, cities and places. It is completely depended on the rules and regulation of that place, under which these bars come under jurisdiction. If we go back in history these bars might have existed for more than centuries. They have been providing services to the guest, travellers and tourist like food, music, drinks hospitality along with the presence of the local people. In these types of bars beverages are not directly poured into customer’s glass, they are taken up by the servers and is then delivered to customers who are actually present in different locations. These locations might be at different places such as guest room, restaurant table or a poolside chair. It’s centered near an alley and has a neon “Charlie’s Bar” outside the building. Bryon and Mark usually go there to relax for a while, get a couple free cokes from Charlie, and hustle people into the pool. Though Bryon and Mark are still underage to be in the bar, Charlie keeps a safe guard watching over the two, just in case one or two police come in for a drink. Bryon has a growing I.O.U fund for Charlie since he’s been getting about two cokes every time they go to the bar, but Charlie lets it slide because they two are good friends. The other main setting of the story is Bryon’s house.
There are many nightclubs in the city of San Francisco and throughout the Bay area. There is two different kind of nightclub. One is the high-class nightclub, which the cover charge is more expensive, tight security and the nightclub itself is more exclusive. The other one is the lower class club, which all people can enter and the security is not that tight. Nowadays, most nightclubs are the same. Nightclub used to be for people to meet their friends and having fun together but nowadays many people misuse nightclub as a place for using drug. I never like to go to nightclub because the place is very noisy, dark and lastly drugs are often involve in nightclub.
The nightclub, is an aged small wood structure in Rhode Island. The club is reported to have a capacity of 182 people. The article talks about two types of saloons. The first being the more upscale in downtown districts. These would close around midnight not in accordance to law, but demand. The people who are hopefully enjoying their meals after a day of work, sit next to people whom are trying to make their living. Most customers don’t think about the job at hand, and instead they focus on having the best experience they can. Who can blame them? The worker’s job is to ensure the happiness of the client, but becomes exhausting after countless hours of doing other’s biddings. The way the workers and customers react to the situations around them can mean or feel completely different to the other. This statistic was paired along with other aspects of Logos, expressed an argument against the ban of happy hour. Saunders lifted an unrealistic solution to the matter of concern of drunken driving speaking to how as a bar owner, checking on the patrons as well as taking care of them is simply “responsible hospitality”.
