Hypnosis is not just a tool for adults. Children are ideal candidates for hypnosis. Their vivid imaginations help them to enter into a hypnotic state easily and allows them to achieve exceptional benefits from hypnosis. Childhood is an ideal time to target fears, anxieties and phobias because the phobias are generally not as strong as they are in adults. In essence, you can lessen problems and encourage positive behaviors before the child has even reached adulthood.
