I welcome your judgement, and I appreciate that you are the only Judge that has expressed concern about the length of time my case has been going on unresolved.
I am delighted you have pointed out the children’s right, and the importance of having a balanced upbringing, by having both parents in their lives.
Being in Court is very nerve-racking, I apologise deeply if the impression I gave in Court was agitated, which was due to the importance and sensitivity of that Court hearing, determining the future relationship between my children and I.

D. My suggestion for contact with my children, my application is for shared parenting,
I suggest the following:
Month 1. To spend 4 hours unsupervised direct contact with my children in Bristol, every second week end for the first month.
Month 2. I would like to spend a full day in Bristol, on each second weekend around 10am until 4pm on the second month with both of my children.
Month 3. I would like to spend alternating weekends with my children at my home in Torquay. Having Amml for one weekend visit, and Mohamed Ameen for the alternating weekend visit.
I would pick them up in Bristol and return them to Bristol for each visit contact to my home.
Month 4. Both of the children to come home with me for the weekend once a month.
Also I would like to share alternative Birthdays, School holidays, and Muslim religious celebrations.
I have being denied my right as the biological father to my children and my Parental responsibilities rights, I would like to know where my children are, which school they attend, also I would like to meet their teachers, access to their school and medical reports, and be part of my children lives not visitor or pen

The primary objective of the statutory agency I work within is the provision of intervention to prevent family breakdown and reduce the number of children and young people going into care. Encourage parents to stay with their child until settled – It should however be noted that there is a difference between staying whilst a child is at nursery and clinging to the child. A parent should not cling to their child as they can sense the parents/primary carers uncertainty. It is important that parents/primary carers indicate that they will be back when leaving.
As family structure has changed in the UK, so child care arrangements have become more diverse and complex. What are the implications of these changes for children?
For example, communication is used with learning information about the children but also to work together to create goals and overcome obstacles that may arise. According to Halgunseth and Peterson (2009), communication between the families and child care centers should be constant and should include information about the child's home life and about school life. This creates an environment that is similar in values and goals as well. By communicating with the parents, caregivers are able to learn about the child and also create a relationship with the parents. By creating a relationship with the child's parents through having conversations when the child is dropped off and picked up, I will create an environment that is family orientated. I will organize family gatherings and also lessons where the families and parents are able to participate with their children. This participation initiates attachment with the child and their parents but also promotes relationships between the caregivers and parents. Another way in which I will promote two-way communication is being involved with home visits before they come to the center and throughout the school year as well. This will show parents and families that we care about heir child's development by asking questions about how they are doing and what their goals are for the child. It is also stated in current Partnership Policies that fathers or mothers that live apart from their child, but those that still play a part in their children’s lives are also included in the settings plans, for example letters to parents are sent to both mother and fathers addresses, both are invited to social events and meetings which promotes inclusion and gives both parents an opportunity to input into their child’s learning.
