‘Human nature’ or ‘human behaviour’, as it is sometimes known, at the very fundamental level refers to the unique characteristics that humans possess. This would include the thinking, feeling and behaviours that humans have naturally. Human nature can also be understood as the foundation for human character, in which case we may have to consider temperament and disposition to be a part of the human nature. It is interesting to note that the basic human nature is not disposed to change. It does not change naturally nor can it forcibly be changed. However it is essential to know that the characteristics of people come in packages. It is not possible to isolate undesirables from desirables. 4. Motivated behaviour
Psychological studies state that human behaviour is triggered by needs or the consequences that results from acts. In other words human behaviour is motivated by certain factors. The human behaviour can be influenced by using these factors in a positive or negative context.
5. Desire for involvement
People today are actively seeking opportunities to become involved in relevant decisions in all walks of life. Be it personal life, workplace, society or politics, people desire to be a part of the decisions. This desire for involvement is not merely a ego booster, but the genuine desire to contribute constructively to the decisions, efforts and part take the results.
