First, you will need to clear of some counter space so you have room to work and lay out all the ingredients that are required for the recipe.
There are many different monster cookies recipes but the one to follow is this one. All of the following you will need to add into the dough; one cup butter, one pound brown sugar, two cups granulated sugar, six eggs, one and a half teaspoons vanilla, one and a half teaspoons corn syrup, four teaspoons baking soda, one and a half pounds peanut butter, sixteen ounces chocolate chip, eight ounces Reese's pieces, nine cups oatmeal, and eight ounces m&m. Appliances that you will need include, a big plastic bowl that can hold all the ingredients, a smaller bowl that can hold just the candies, a plastic baking spatula, two or three baking pans to bake the cookies on, and an ice cream scoop that can be used to make the one inch balls. If you do not have one of these items or the correct measurement of one ingredient then you should go to a store before you begin
cooking. After you lay out all the ingredient there is just one more step before you can begin to make the mixture. You will want to preheat the oven so that it is ready for the cookies when you have finished making the dough. If you do not start preheating the oven prior to preparing the dough the oven will not be ready therefore you will not be able to start baking the cookies right away. For this recipe the oven will need to be preheated to 350 degrees. Some recipes will have the different oven temperature, so you will want to make sure that you keep it at the temperature that is listed in the recipe. If you do not set the oven correctly the baking times will be incorrect and the cookies will have a greater chance of burning. Third, you will begin to mix all the ingredients. Although there is a certain order to mix everything in. To start off take measure out the butter, one pound of brown sugar, and the two cups of granulated sugar. Add all three items into the bowl and stir. However, you do not need to stir everything completely there can be clumps that will be smoothed out later. After you add those items you will want to gather six eggs, four teaspoons of baking soda, one and a half teaspoons vanilla and one and a half corn syrup. The next two items that will need to be added before you begin the next step are one and a half pounds of creamy peanut butter and nine cups of oatmeal. Add these items all in the order that I have listed for you. In doing so you will have the best result with your monster cookies. Next, you will want to add in all the candies that add the extra color and taste to monster cookies. To get the best mix of the candies you will need to measure them all out in a separate bowl and the mix those all up and pour into the big bowl with everything else. Gather the eight ounces of M&M’s, eight ounces Reese’s pieces, and sixteen ounces chocolate chips. Most of these bags of candies hold the correct measurement, but be sure that you still measure the bag of candies just in case. Stir everything together and make sure that there are no clumps or dry spots. Finally, you are ready to form the dough into balls and bake to perfection. To make the balls a lot easier than hand rolling them use the ice cream scoop and scoop little balls of the dough out from the bowl and onto the pan. Use your finger to scrape the dough out from the inside of the scoop as it is not ice cream and will stick to it. The balls that are being formed should be approximately one inch in diameter. When you are placing the monster cookie dough balls onto the pans make sure that there is enough space between them so when they bake there is room for them to go down into. Your oven should be preheated by this time because in the first step you set it. Place the baking sheets in the oven and set a timer for eight minutes. Allow for two minutes to cool and then you can enjoy and eat. Congrats! If you have followed all of the following steps then you have successfully made the best monster cookies ever. Your taste buds will not know what to do, they will go crazy. The monster cookies will come out somewhat round, that just depends on how circular the balls are before you baked them. When these monster cookies bake they will look a little bit chewy and crispy more on the outside, however that is how you will want them because they will continue to cook and harden as they cool. You will be ready to enjoy. Remember that you will not want to start the whole process unless you have all the ingredients and to preheat the oven. Now that you know everything there is to making the most delicious monster cookies, you can make them and share with your friends and family.

Frankenstein is more monster because he created a life, a being but couldn’t take it as his own care and took off. One example of why Frankenstein is a monster is blaming the monster for who he is. “Why did you form a monster so hideous that even you turned from me
What is a monster, really? Is it really a Creature that has three eyes instead of two, with pus seeping out of every crevice in his face and an abnormally large form? Or is it someone with a mind so corrupt it rivals that of Satan? Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein is a story within a story that centers on the tale of a man with an immense thirst of knowledge and a fetish to imitate the Creator. Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein is a lot like the Greek mythological tale of the Greek God, Prometheus, and his brother, Epimetheus, who were assigned the task of creating man. The story captivates the theme of monstrosity. Mary Shelley wrote the novel in a form so the reader’s opinions never stray far from sympathy for the monster and apathy for Victor Frankenstein. The novel looks at “Monstrosity” and “Humanity” in a deeply analytical way.
In the book Monster, we see the story of an eleven year African American boy known as Kody Scott get involved in the world of gang violence. Kody had been living in South Central Los Angeles all of his life, he grew up on Florence and Normandie. Kody was learning about gang life before he was even in a gang. The book starts with Kody graduating sixth grade, he is really excited because it is the day he will be initiated into a neighborhood gang, the Tray Eights, which is part of the Crips. Weeks before his graduation Kody felt proud of himself because he had flashed a gang sign in a school photo. His first initiation to become a member of the Crips was to kill someone from their rival group. Kody learned that a gang was for life and that killing the enemy was an act of survival. With the years, Kody builds up his name as Monster by killing people without remorse. Kody’s only aspiration in life was to become an OG gangster.
Peter Brooks' essay "What Is a Monster" tackles many complex ideas within Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, and the main concept that is the title of the essay itself. What is the definition of a monster, or to be monstrous? Is a monster the classic representation we know, green skin, neck bolts, grunting and groaning? A cartoon wishing to deliver sugary cereal? or someone we dislike so greatly their qualities invade our language and affect our interpretation of their image and physical being? Brooks' essay approaches this question by using Shelley's narrative structure to examine how language, not nature, is mainly accountable for creating the idea of the monstrous body.
Kody Scott, also known as “Monster” for his viciousness in beating of a man and further crimes, forms a realistic and brutal picture of gang violence in America. Throughout his story, Scott views his gang participation as the only viable means of survival. Killing is done through the necessity to promote oneself in order to become an O.G., or Original Gangster, the pinnacle of gang member status and achievement. The urge to become an O.G. seems to be paramount in Scott's eyes, and he outlines his plan: first he must build his reputation, then his influence as part of his set, and finally as a “promoter” of the Crips (Shakur, 1993, pp. 14-15). By age eleven Scott's sole desire is to become a gang member of his local set, the Eight Trays. He disregards education, at one point stating how he paid no attention to his middle school teacher, focusing only on the streets and his “homeboys” as source of lifestyle and adventure (Shakur, 1993, pp. 3-4). He clearly reaches his goal, putting the entirety of his mental and physical being into being a gangster, even though it leads him to a life wreaked by violence and prison sentences.
What qualifies a creature to be a monster? When the movie Frankenstein came out, monsters were usually big and scary animals that terrified everyone that walked in their path. They were creatures that generally behaved monstrously, doing things that were against society norms and had no consideration for the safety of others. Perhaps looking beyond the physical appearance of a “monster” and just looking at their actions one might see Dr. Frankenstein as a monster himself. Frankenstein was a story about a man who created an individual which led his life to failure and death, because of his desire to play which nature, and attempting the role of God.

Monsters can come in various physical forms, but all monsters share the same evil mentality. A Monster is a being that harms and puts fear within people. Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein is a prime example of how appearance does not determine whether a creature is a monster or not. In the story, Victor Frankenstein tries to change nature by creating a super human being. The being appears to be a monster. Victor becomes so obsessed with his creation and then rejects it. Victor is the real monster because of his desire for power, lack of respect for nature, and his stubbornness.
