Everyone has their own taste in movies, some like comedy, or even love. Horror movies is another topic, known for the bone chilling, sweaty palms and heart pounding feeling, horror movies are for the people seeking a thrill! Horror films bring people to the edge of their seats, typically have people gripping each other or objects around them tightly! Most are unreal stories just made to give that adrenaline rush however some are based upon real stories, from people’s real life experiences! Horror movies based upon real life experience seem to really give an adrenaline rush than what you would get watching a movie based off of someone imagination! Just the fact of knowing that someone, somewhere was seriously demented to commit these crimes found in the horror film. Horrific murders are shown through bloody scenes typically shown periodically how they happened in real life. In real life based horror movies there is typically a background story as to why the murderer has become this way, and what pushed them past the limit of committing gruesome actions. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre is based off of a real life event, when a young girl and her friends go down to visit her grandfather’s grave after hearing it had been vandalized, they find a crazed family next door! These directors of these real life horror stories take these stories and use them in the film to give the people what they want to see. Having a love for horror films does not make you strange, there are people who just really crave that adrenaline boost, found from these horror movies. However, the thrill is not for everyone, knowing things like this happen every day can really frighten someone.
