The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly Everyone's childhood, education, and life are all different and can impact who people become or change in the future. The lives of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and Donald Trump can all be seen in many ways similar and have there differences in various ways. In 2008 Barack Obama was elected for our 44th president and is known to be our first African American president. After Obama’s two year term ended in 2017, both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump were the last two candidates to be elected president. Both candidates had similarities and differences, both good and bad but Donald Trump took the United States by surprise by winning the most electoral votes which made him the 45th

Hillary was no ordinary girl she was out spoken and took the role of a leader at a very young age that was something not many women had done at this point in time. Hillary's childhood was difficult she strived to do her best and succeed but even the people who she supposed would be there for her let her down. Her father would never give her credit for anything she did, and she would see the way he was with her mother. This made her ambitious she wouldn't depend on people in order to be sure of what she believed would be right. In 6th grade Hillary was always estimated by her classmates that she would grow up and marry a U.S senator, since women were not commonly directed toward having a place or position without having a masculine figure in front of her. Hillary later on became a lawyer and worked in Washington DC until she failed an exam that led her to Arkansa that she viewed as a sign to be with Bill clinton. When she married Clinton she never wanted to truly change her name but after the setbacks it had caused her family she then chose to change her appearance like Clothes, removed her glasses, changed her hair etc. since she always conflicted with people's stereotypes of what the first woman should look like they didn't like that she was not an accessory, she stood up for what she believed in and advocated for a lot of things that she believed should be changed in America. …show more content…
He lived with his mother and father with four other siblings in a pretty wealthy family. Donald Trump’s father (Fred Trump) had this mentality of being a winner, they never lose and if they do they still won regardless what happened and of course never admitting admitting to failure. Donald Trump took his father’s philosophy/mentality to a whole new level which lead him into many troubles but, also to a lot of success in the business industry. Once Donald Trump’s father was fed up with his behavior and moved him to the toughest military academy there was, to his surprise Donald Trump enjoyed the military academy where he believed that winning a medal for accomplishing something was the point of success. Donald was also raised with superior morality where he believed there were superior people in which would create even more superior offspring. He was also known as a lady's man then later on would marry Ivanka but, came up with the excuse of not being able to be married to a woman who has children. Then had two other marriages after that where he had more kids (superior offspring). Donald was a celebrity he liked being seen and known even when it was for bad things because he did not believe in bad publicity as long as he was known and people would remember his name. In the future Donald Trump got a name for himself after building the first Trump Tower
Even though people think it’s not “normal” for a female to be president anything is possible. Clinton went to both Wellesley and Yale colleges. When she Yale, she studied to be a lawyer, which she would later become. She eventually found her way to marry. Clinton married William “Bill” Clinton in 1975, and had a child Chelsea. The former President Bill would later become president and that led her to becoming the first lady. As you can see she had to balance a lot in her life so far.
Both President Bush and President Obama had very different ways of running the country during their presidencies. Overall, President Bush used less persuasion on major domestic and foreign policies than President Obama. With these differences among the presidents, they both passed and approved laws that would try to better the nation and it’s citizens.
The U.S. president is a person deemed to be the most fitting person to lead this country through thick and thin. It’s been such a successful method that it has led to 43 individual men being put in charge of running this country. However, this doesn’t mean that each one has been good or hasn’t had an issue they couldn’t resolve when in office. But no matter what, each one has left a very unique imprint on the history and evolution of this nation. However when two are compared against one another, some rather surprising similarities may be found. Even better, is what happens when two presidents are compared and they are from the same political party but separated by a large numbers of years between them. In doing this, not only do we see the difference between the two but the interesting evolution of political idea in one party.
Bill Clinton and Barack Obama have many similarities. Both of their first terms as President were shockingly alike such as, job approval rating difference being only point five percent and the interest in reforming available healthcare to people of lower class. Both President Clinton and President Obama were referred to as black presidents, only because they didn’t uphold the same backgrounds as did the former presidents. Neither Obama nor Clinton had a personal relationship with his father, which meant both grew up in a single parent working household – a reality rare in the time period. Both young Obama and young Clinton grew up aspiring to be great lawyers; they married lawyers Michelle and Hillary, respectively. Clinton, as well as Obama, belong to the Democratic Party. However, despite the many similarities between the two, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama could not be any more different. Former President Bill Clinton proves superior to the current President Barack Obama because of the beneficial strategies he used to improve the United States of America.
To summarize this analysis, Hillary Clinton shows us how as we unite, the stronger our bond is. She uses clever ways to show this action. Though she did not win this presidential election, she is still loved by many. She helped herself because of the way she wrote and persuaded people to join her. Using rhetorical appeals
During his younger years, he grew up in a lavish and rich lifestyle, leading to him being very
She uses strong words to evolve her speech. “We must respect the choices that each woman makes for herself”,” Every women deserves”. When she uses these words(respect and deserves) the message is clear. Clinton is fighting for women rights, she takes this topic in a serious way. It is a commitment she has and wants everyone to listen.
Perfection, even mixed in with a few imperfections, is very hard to meet. One would have to be of the offspring of God to meet some of the qualities mentioned. However, far from the offspring of God, there is another that comes close to many of the generalizations stated. She is a leader, a leader and is probably one of the strongest women of her time. First, Mrs. Clinton as a leader possesses many of the qualities mentioned by Machiavelli such as her toughness and appearance of good morals.
The goal of Hillary’s speech is to persuade her audience that her ideas are valid, by using ethos, pathos, and logos. Hillary is the First Lady and Senator, she shows credibility as an influential activist for woman rights. “Over the past 25 years, I have worked persistently on issues relating to women, children, and families. Over the past two and a half years, I’ve had the opportunity to learn more about the challenges facing women in my country and around the world” (Clinton 2).
Hillary Rodham Clinton is a well-recognized woman in the United States. Her great contribution as Secretary of State impacted people’s lives. One of many remarkable speeches Clinton gave was the “The Women Rights Speech” on the 4th World Conference on Women Plenary Session, where she used strong words and emotions to appeal the audience. Even though the speech talked about women rights, she wanted everyone including men and children to listen and take action. Her use of ethos, logos and pathos throughout the speech helped people understand women live in a world where they suffer discrimination, and she proposes solutions to solve the issue.
Donald Trump is known as a successful businessman who is currently a candidate for the upcoming 2016 presidential elections. His father had his own firm called Elizabeth Trump and Son. Trump inherited his father’s firm, which he eventually renamed, The Trump Organization LLC. Donald Trump is known for his eccentric and unconventional business practices. He exhibits an unconventional leadership style. Donald Trump started early to develop his personal brand, which is exhibited by every piece of real estate Mr. Trump owns. Every casino, building or golf course has its name on it. He is eccentric, powerful, but yet he makes very smart business decisions.
I choose to research Hillary Clinton because I admire the drive and passion she puts into her work. She is a unique global leader whose activism has promoted social change around the world. Warren Bennis, author of On Becoming a Leader author says that, “…true leaders are not born, but made, and they are usually self-made (Bennis, p. 35, 2009).” Hillary is a prominent example of a self-made leader. She invented herself as a public figure through her dedication to human rights and equality. Over the last three decades she has gained the respect and admiration of people around the world. She has spent a career working towards improving people's lives.
