In today’s society, high schoolers are split up into wide varieties of cliques. In high school, people label you in some kind of group or clique. People are either considered a goth, jock, stoner, nerd, loner etc. The reason why people are labeled as those things is because of what their interests are, what they wear, what their personality is, and the people that they associate themselves with. People tend to migrate towards certain kinds of cliques because they like to do certain things. Consider this, the jocks will hang out with other jocks and play or practice the sport they play, the stoners will hang around other stoners and smoke as an interest, and the nerds will get together with other nerds to study and practice things. For instance, with a guy clique you don’t have to worry about the drama or the gossiping because most guys hate drama and steer away from that sort of thing. Another thing that guys in cliques may value is the bro time they get out of it. When guys are in cliques it’s basically just a big group of guys who all hang out together and support each other when they need it. Whether that support is at school or on a bad day, really whatever it is, you always have your bros to stand behind you and back you up. A downfall of guys in cliques is when guys all get together they tend to be assholes. When you get a guy by himself he’s a completely different person than who he is when he’s with his bros. Another downfall of guys being in a clique is they tend to shut others out. When you have a tight group of guys other guys who aren’t part of that group they tend to not care about or even tend to bully. For guys being part of a clique can be a good support system and way to spend time together. But on the contrary side of things guys being in a clique can almost change their reputation if they aren’t
