Healthcare is the improvement of health such as diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease, injury, and other physical and mental disclose in human beings. Health care systems are organizations established to meet the health needs of target populations. Their exact configuration varies between national and sub-national existence. According to (World Health Organization, 2016) , a well-functioning health care system requires a unit financing mechanism, a well-trained and sufficient paid crew, reliable information on which to base decisions and policies and a well maintained health facilities and logistics to deliver quality medicines and technologies. The student can develop his or her communication skills through a number of activities. Some of these are learning new vocabularies, using new learnt vocabularies, enunciate his or her words, pronouncing words correctly, using appropriate volume when speaking among others. The student may develop these skills by having a tutor or anyone who has knowledge of the language and someone who would not bring down the self-esteem of the student. The student may notice he or she is lacking communication skills if he or she has difficulty explaining a simple situation, difficulty in speaking in small crowds, using words wrongly, having less vocabulary among others. A technology skill requires you to have knowledge in Microsoft Excel and troubleshooting. The student will be responsible for the recent update with the latest code and billing software available since most of the healthcare facilities now use electronic health records (EHRs) and Microsoft Excel to help doctors / nurses track how many patients seen in the last few weeks or years, patient files are being kept in databases that makes it accessible in the facility, analysis tasks and the amount of work assigned to different doctors or nurses over time.
