The difference between fixed and growth mindset is, a fixed mindset is content on staying at a constant level because people tend to believe that they are limited with their life and know no matter how hard they work they are going to remain the same. While on the other hand, growth mind is willing to grow, learn, and develop their skills. Growth mindset creates motivation and productivity in the worlds of business, education, and sports. It enhances relationships. Just looking at the names you can assume what each one means, something fixed, which was resembled and a growing mindset that is growing.

Which mindset do you tend to have? Or do you have different mindsets when it comes to different things?

The type of mindset I have is a growth mindset because I want to grow and become a better person each and everyday. I try to soak up as much knowledge I can from my friends and loved ones around me, so that way I can grow. I enjoy reading articles about issues or interesting facts, I try to read people when I meet them, such as; their tendencies, body language, and an overall interaction with others. The reason I do that is because I can learn a lot from interacting with others and I know that its going to help me understand others and my intelligence when I talk to others. If I had to fix something then that would be what I would fix because if I don't then my growth mindset suffers and I can't grow as much as I would like. Its a struggle because after a long week and minimal sleep all you want to do is just rest but you know you can't so trying to motivate yourself is hard to do. That's how I become lackadaisical, but I need to try and remember why I am doing this, my long terms goals, and who believes in me and that will get me out of my funk and back to my growth
