Walking down the street you see a wall mosaic that you thought was a beautiful, piece of art the next day walking past the same one you see the artist wiping it away as an officer watches. Is beautiful graffiti really all that bad? Since many graffiti artists are showing their heads the police are having trouble tracking them down so instead of wasting hundreds of dollars in the chase several cities put aside places where these painters can let their creativity fly. I admit that certain types of graffiti are bad and offensive but when you look close enough there is beauty in every can, to me, graffiti is a force for good and a beautiful way to let people inner creativity shine. Thinking about walking down the brightly lit streets surrounded by others art seems really soothing to me and it would be nice if the country/state could also make money off of cool events such as festivals and make everyone enjoy themselves while surrounding each other in beautiful work of art. The main thing I know from personal experience is if one thing reels in tourists it's a carnival/festival, all it takes is something that seems really fun and amusing, but what can also be done is contests if cities wanted they could do tag offs and see which wall art is liked the best, they can even do the best street artist contest, but if they also let the world of graffiti unfold itself they might find those who show their
