Just arrived from school to my house on the bus and I wanted to play with my neighbor Ben. Before I could ask him he went into his house. So I saw my sister Bailey on his porch and I was going there with a plastic blaster. What I didn’t know about German shepherds is that they attack someone that is holding a gun or something very close to a gun (example: a blaster.) I was sprinting to get over to my part of the house and before I made it, I got bit. I was crying of agony on how much pain it was and it was so much pain it felt like a knife pierced my skin for the first time. When I got to my lawn blood was gushing out of my leg, the best idea I had was put a bandaid over it and see if it’ll make it stop bleeding or slow it down. The bandaid
It was very painful, but the pain got worse when he had to find the bullet. When he finally found it and tried to pull it out it hurt twice as much. The pain just wouldn’t stop. The pain was unbearable. It was the worst pain that i have ever felt.

...are 2 years old, the master and dog go home together after they have completed their training. After a while the master and their dogs start to travel everywhere with each other. German shepherds, meanwhile, “Have no extreme work ethic,” she says. “Not everyone can handle a German Shepherd. They do tend to get more protective as they get older; there’s a fine line between keeping your person safe and protecting them.” Guide dogs lead their masters around the stairs and curbs. They help their masters so that they don’t run into anything like benches, fences, hanging tree branches and many other things. These special dogs have guided people around for more than 100s of years. When guide dogs are done for the day they like to lie around and play with their toys just like most people do. Take a moment and picture a dog in your head. What do you see? You may see many different things depending on your own personal encounters with the species. There are many types of dogs out there. Some small, some large, long-haired or short-haired. There are many variances in what a dog can look like. One thing that does not change, or should not change, is the importance for every dog in this world to be given love and affection, no matter its characteristics. This is what leads me to believe that the obsession with producing and owning purebreds needs to come to a halt. Continuing to create these so-called “best dogs” is dangerous to not only the purebred’s health, but also devalues mixed breeds and can cost them their lives in animal shelters where they may never escape. My interest in this topic caused me to look into seeing what other people felt about it.
If you’re walking over the Kansas prairie and see thousands of little holes and wonder what they are, you’ve probably stumbled upon a prairie dog town.
Your leg will be wrapped in a compression bandage. After 24 to 48 hours, you can remove the bandage and get back to your normal activities. The treated area may bruise, and the site of the injections might be sore for a day. In a month or so you'll start to see a significant improvement in the problem area.
I felt pressure on my body as if the air pushed it down and the blood fluid up to my forehead and ripped my veins, it is the most painful experience I’ve ever had. My face started twitching and my hands started shivering. That was all I remembered
Wow! Look at that Pit Bull! Pit Bulls can be harmful. When you look at a Pit Bull you think “Oh my gosh! It’s going to attack me!” When it’s not anything like that. They are very sweet and help out a lot. They will not hurt you at all in any way. They usually only attack because of their owners. They do not do it because of their breed it the owner they mistreat them and disrespect them and they get scared and think you will hurt them so they attack you.
I slowly wake up, and it must have been hours later. I looked down and my leg was gone. I could feel a searing pain rush through my body. My leg was bandaged up around the cut, but I could still imagine how it looked. Blood was dripping from the bandages. I could not take it anymore. Right there I shut my eyes, and never again were they opened. My family was traumatized at my death.
The first time I saw the stubby little legs of a corgi, I was addicted. I couldn’t stop thinking about them after the first one, and I had a serious case of OCD, Obsessive Corgi Disorder. Corgis are not just another dog, they are so much more! Their large ears, stumpy little legs, and nubby tails set them apart from the rest. There are many things that make a person be truly obsessed with Corgis, and these people are few and far between. Although many try and pretend they are obsessed with Corgis, the real lover knows when they are faking. Being obsessed with Corgis is not a fad. It is a way of life. I myself consider myself of having a professional Corgi obsession, and I want other to know the steps it takes for them to become a member of our lifestyle.
A dog was bit by a skunk last Wednesday night in a North Fargo neighborhood. This skunk was sent in for testing and results came back positive for the Rabies Virus. Luckily the dog that was bit by the infected skunk was vaccinated, but is still being watched for signs and symptoms of the disease. The Rabies Virus is dangerous because it causes a disease of the brain, this disease can even cause death (“Rabies,” 2013). The early symptoms of Rabies are very similar to the flue and include, but are not limited to nausea, headache, vomiting, and fever. If you are bit by an animal you should seek immediate medical attention, your doctor will then decide if treatment to prevent Rabies is
It was September 18 when my dog started to act up strange more than usual. So when I got home from school I noticed my dog was not eating very properly. When I saw him like that, I called my mom and told her that charlie isn’t eating his food and that he was laying down the floor and was not breathing properly. So then when my mom got home she told me worriedly “what happened what is going on,’’so I told her everything that was going on with him.So my mom tells me calmly ‘’don’t worry everything will be ok,and that it is probably just a faze that Charlie is going through.’’So I tell her ‘’alright then if you say so.’’
OUCH! My leg crippled with pain. I tried to shuffle my way to the window, but it was excruciating. As my senses kicked back in, I felt pains shooting up and down my body. Peering down at my hands I screamed. My hands were covered in cold, congealed blood.
