CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 9:07 a.m. by Mr. Taylor, Chairman.

OLD BUSINESS:

Approval of Minutes: The Minutes of the December quarterly meeting were mailed or distributed.

Recommendation: A motion was made by Mr. Richard Taylor to approve the previous Minutes. The motion was seconded by Mr. Joe Crabtree, and unanimously carried.

– Requesting initial privileges to provide history and physical examinations and medical consults for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The MEC unanimously recommended approval.

Jagdeep Kahlon, M.D. – Requesting reappointment to treat adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. General therapies include Pharmacotherapy; Behavior Therapy; Individual Psychotherapy; Couples/Marital Therapy; Family Psychotherapy; Group Psychotherapy; Detoxification Management; Seclusion and Restraint. The MEC unanimously recommended approval.

Michael Joynes, M.D. – Has completed one year in the Associate Category and was recommended for an additional 3 month period to monitor timeliness of History and Physical Examinations. Dr. Joynes completed the FPPE and is eligible for advancement under the OPPE process. There were also some issues that were reviewed and his privileges are good through September 21, 2017. The MEC unanimously recommended approval to OPPE process and that privileges are good through September 21, 2017.

Devi Vasu, M.D. – Has had privileges for two years but has not seen any patients during that time. The MEC recommended retirement of her file due to
