IMPLICATION FOR COURSE LEARNING AND PRACTICE.
Course objective learning

Through this course SWK 420, I learned how to apply the generalist intervention model and how I will be able to apply each one in my daily practice as a social worker. This program is focused on different objectives which allow me to address the process of engagement, assessment and intervention as well.
As a social worker, I am ready to apply my knowledge and skill, in fact, to work in variety environment, diversive culture and all levels such as Macro, Mezzo, and Micro. Social work facing multiplies human behavior, different levels the human system, and different professionals and system. Nerveless, the evaluation stage is crucial and determinant for the social work and the client to measure the goal at this moment. At this point, with no question, I have to keep in mid the Code of Ethics between me as social work and my client.
During my participation as a facilitator in my group during this course I learned all those steps and also, I have a compromise with myself to respect everyone as a person, no matter who is the person. My responsibilities are to promote the well-being of clients and respect the self determination of the client an effort to identify and clarify their goals. I recognize I have my limits as a social worker and the client have the last word.
In summary, in the life, all beginners have the ending. But does not means that when a session is closed is done. Follow-up is important because the clients would feel that the session is over the engagement with the social work was true. Feedback always counts in a good communication and as a social work it is possible to have the same client in another session or in another
