I choose to interview Sylvia. 1) Q -Did you ever think Tyler could or would do something like this? A -I always knew that Tyler wasn’t stable and eventually he would snap. Looking back now I can think of signs that I missed and moments that really should he would do something bad. I just never took the time to evaluate and understand his actions. Tyler wasn’t a bad kid he was in a bad situation he was lost and felt alone. 2) Q- If you would have known what Tomás was going to do would you have stopped him? A- I do believe that what Tomás did really helped so many people and saved lives, he pulled through in many ways no other person would. But if I would have gotten a call saying “Tomás is going to open the doors to the auditorium with a guy in there with a gun” I would do everything in my power to stop him. As I said he was incredible brave and saved many lives, but he risked his own and if there were a chance I could lose him and there was I wouldn’t allow it. …show more content…
A- I always knew. She was my best friend for the longest time and wince that time at the play I knew for sure. When she watched those dancers up there and the lights, she smiled bigger and brighter then ever and right then and there I knew I wouldn’t leave her side. She became my anchor I needed her and she needed me, we are good for each other and we understand each other like no one
As I read the novel, I couldn’t help but to compare each word to the movie. I may have just recently watched it, but I was suddenly unsure of what I had seen. Was my memory failing me or were things truly that different? I felt like these differences changed the entire story line. The narrator shouldn’t be in a building that was about to be destroyed, this defeated the purpose of Project Mayhem. Then again, I was only on page one.
Today i am going to talk about one of the most influential person in my life, about the person that inspires me to enter into this kinesiology major, his name is kenneth Canche’. He is the head coach for the San Ysidro high school baseball and the leader of the PE teachers in school. And there is no way to argue why is he on charge. As i said, coach Canche is a PE teacher with a masters degree in physical education, and a masters degree in chemistry. And he has been involved in the physical education programs for more than 18 years. As coach canche argued in the interview, “in all my years coaching, i have had just one bad team, and it was 5 years ago. It is the worst feeling ever because i am
One’s identity is established at birth when given a name. Often times, one’s identity can change throughout one’s lifetime. During adolescence, identity can be linked to playing a sport, an instrument, being involved in art, acting, singing, or some other hobby. As adulthood approaches, identity can be described as, but not limited to, the career path someone has chosen, or the family they may or may not have. In the novel Fight Club, written by Chuck Palahniuk, the narrator has a difficult time finding his true identity. In the novel the theme identity is discussed as the narrator discovers the truth about himself and who the real Tyler Durden is.

As people move through their journey of life, quite often they’re faced with challenges and events that make them re-think who they are and who they want to be. Quite often change can be a daunting subject that elicits fear and uncertainness. As nurses we have the opportunity to work closely with clients in order to delve into their emotions and experiences, and collaborate with them and other professionals to come up with achievable goals. Motivational Interviewing provides a more client-centered approach that encourages individuals to make a change but also allows them to delve deeper into their uncertainties and struggles. In this video, my partner Beth expresses her struggle with using alcohol as a coping mechanism for her overwhelming

Cinema and entertainment have been connected from the very beginning of cinematic experiments. However, that was never the only purpose for film makers to produce a film. In this essay, I want to discuss the question, if the act of taking movies seriously takes away cinema´s talent to present an escape from one´s everyday live or if, on the contrary, it can heighten its entertaining value for the viewer by providing food for thought.
Identity is a definition of the self, an explanation of character. However, in the movie Fight Club, the components that comprise outward identity often prove to be transitory. Edward Norton’s “Jack” character asks, “If you wake up at a different time, in a different place, could you wake up as a different person?” The effects of modernity lead to the impermanence of self image, and the decay of identity.

My interview actually went really well. I do like some things that I did for this interview but I also dislike some of the things I did and there are many changes I wish I had done now that the actual interview is now over. I found myself critiquing myself while listening to the recording and transcribing what I said. Overall, yes, I did get the main ideas of her opinions but I didn’t ask very good questions and I also made a couple rookie mistakes when doing this interview. I did the reading before the interview, and I read the interview material once more after the interview and I found myself not doing some of the things that the reading said to do.

Because Christopher Columbus knew other people were going to read his accounts, he wanted to make sure it seemed...
