Fatah thinks that they deserve their own home and there goal is to finally get a Palestinian State but they are also willing to negotiate. They have even led to peace-talks resolving the two-state issue. Fatah has major political rivals like Hamas, who won a decisive majority in the Palestinian Parliament. This organization was created with the long-term goal of wresting Palestine from the control of Israel by waging low intensity guerrilla warfare. Fatah has played a very important role in the Arab-Israeli conflict by opposing Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO), arguably the largest terrorist group in the world, and promoting an armed struggle against Israel.
Fatah is a major Palestinian political party. It began in the year 1965, as the Palestinian National Liberation Movement (PNLM). Yasser Arafat was the founder and the leader of Fatah. He created this successful and growing organization with the help of a few friends from Algeria. Fatah started terrorist attacks in January 1965, attacking Israeli targets with the help of Syria. The word Fatah is in fact a reverse acronym, it stands for the Arabic Harekat at-Tahrir al-Wataniyyeh al-Falastiniyyeh. This means conquest by means of “jihad”, islamic holy war. The flag has a grenade, two crossed rifles, and also a map of Israel to represent the “armed struggle” Fatah has

They have been fighting for majority of the people and in July, 2007 the Palestinian Civil War finally occurred. The aftermath of the battle was that Fatah and Hamas separated the people. Hamas took 1.5 million of the people and Fatah took the rest, 2.5 million of the people. Since this war, Hamas and Fatah have been in a state of conflict for many more years. They have split up into two territories, Hamas took control of the Gaza Strip and that left Fatah with the West Bank. In 2000, the two factions began fighting each other just as the Palestinians fought a war with
Since the Arabs were living in Palestine when the Ottoman Empire control it. Since the Arabs defeated the Ottoman Empire with the help of from Germany, “Just short of 6 months the Palestinians were crushed, militarily and psychologically” (document 8) On the other hand, Israel grew beyond the partition lines, gained more defensible borders and they destroyed Arab homes reducing their population. The Palestinians rightly felt that the Israelis were taking over the area and were pushing out of lands promised to them in both the Balfour Declaration and the UN 1947 Partition.
The Major religions spread across Eurasia and Africa through trade routes and conquest. Along with the religions came ideas and practices to new and distance places, changing local populations and create new traditional beliefs and customs.

America is known as one of the most financially sound countries out there. But when the things started to take off and America started to build up debt the term fiscal cliff appeared. Who actually uttered the words "fiscal cliff" is not clear (Smith). Some believe that it was first used by Goldman Sachs economist, Alec Phillips. Others credit Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke for taking the phrase mainstream in his remarks in front of Congress. Others credit Safir Ahmed, a reporter for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, who in 1989 wrote a story detailing the state's education funding and used the term fiscal cliff (Smith).
As the relationship between Iran and the Amal movement was affected by the political differences between them which opened the door to the creation of Hezbollah, the same misunderstanding occurred between revolutionary Iran and the Fatah movement. Iran viewed the Palestinian revolution as a card in its struggle against the West, while the Fatah movement considered its relations with Iran as a way to enhance their power in the national struggle for the restoration of the occupied Palestinian territories. Just as the differences between Iran and Amal movement led to the birth of Hezbollah, the differences between Tehran and the Fatah led to the birth of Hamas and Islamic Jihad later.

The Israeli-Palestinian conflict derived from the Zionist population. The Zionist wanted to colonize a piece of land that could be considered the Jewish homeland. As they immigrated to different parts of Europe, they eventually landed in Palestine. In the beginning, the Zionist's immigration was not a problem to the people that were already living in Palestine. But the problems presented themselves because the Zionists decided to take over Palestine, and turn it into a Jewish state. As the years went on and the wars continued, majority of Palestine was conquered by Israel. And as a result of the wars, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict has remained prevalent throughout history.
Terrorism in the Middle East has brought the Israeli-Palestinian conflict to the attention of the world. These terrorist groups use murder, bombs, threats, and other violent acts to get their way politically. Hamas, the organization that has replaced Fatah as the representative of the Palestinians, is a leading sponsor of terrorism. The Hamas are the leading reason there is not peace in the middle east as they strongly embrace terrorism.
“There is no such thing as a Palestinian.” Stated former Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir after three fourths of one million Palestinians had been made refugees, over five hundred towns and cities had been obliterated, and a new regional map was drawn. Every vestige of the Palestinian culture was to be erased. Resolution 181, adopted in 1947 by the United Nations declared the end of British rule over Palestine (the region between the eastern edge of the Mediterranean Sea and the Jordan River) and it divided the area into two parts; a state for the Jewish and one for the Arab people, Palestine. While Israel was given statehood, Palestine was not. Since 1947, one of the most controversial issues in the Middle East, and of course the world, is the question of a Palestinian state. Because of what seems a simple question, there have been regional wars among Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq, terrorist attacks that happen, sometimes daily, displacement of families from their homes, and growing numbers of people living in poverty. Granting Palestinian statehood would significantly reduce, or alleviate, tensions in the Middle East by defining, once and for all, the area that should be Palestine and eliminating the bloodshed and battles that has been going on for many years over this land.
The Palestinian territories have been fought over by Fatah and Hamas. We believe that Hamas is a terrorist insurgent group, which has assumed control of the Gaza strip illegitimately. The past conflicts between these two factions has worsened the condition of the refugees, especially in Gaza, which has an extremely large population but is completely isolated from the outside world because the Rafah crossing to Egypt is open only intermittently, and Gaza-Israel border is heavily restricted.
They publicly call for the destruction of Israel and the Jewish people. This is the case with the covenants of Palestinian terrorist groups (the PLO and Hamas) and some militant Islamic legal rulings (fatawin), as well as the Iranian threat to annihilate Israel ("genocidal anti-Semitism").
The Islamic Resistance Movement or better recognized by its Arabic acronym “Hamas” is well known for its terrorist attacks on the country of Israel. Hamas is the largest of several anti-Israel Palestinian Islamist militant groups. Hamas grew under a Muslim movement in the 1920s and continued to grow until they became registered as on official terrorist organization in 1978. They claim their main goal is the “social welfare agency that catered especially to the Palestinian refugees in the Gaza Strip and, over time, developed a good reputation for improving the lives of Palestinians” (Jewishvirtuallibrary.org). In August of 1988 Hamas published their Islamic Covenant which made clear that they are opposed to Israel’s existence in any way. They
where Judaism is practiced that does not agree with Islam (Isseroff). This means that Palestine does not have sovereignty over this area where they feel Islamic culture is being threatened and they are now unable to contain within their borders (Abu-Amr). Also, Israel feels as if they have the right to be considered a state and that they are just as important and should be able to rule their own land without being attacked or not recognized as a state and to practice Jewish ideals (Metcalf). Arab countries feel as if the form of Israel, was a way to move away from normal Islamic culture which is another way that nationalism plays a part in the on-going conflict (Metcalf). Zionism plays a part in the Jewish people of Israel feeling as if
