School governors are responsible for working with the school to make sure it delivers a high standard of education.
The role of the governors is to oversee the financial performance of the school and ensure that the budget is well spent. They hold the Head teachers responsible for the educational performance of the school and its pupils and also the performance management of the staff.
The school governors set the standards and policies for pupils and all staff, and they also set and monitor the schools aims.
SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM.
The school’s senior management teams or otherwise known as the leadership team work in close relation with the Head teacher. This team is generally made up of staff members whom all have management
