The article that I have chosen to write about is one that talks about the excessive amounts of food that are wasted every year during Thanksgiving and about the different ways we are able to lessen this waste. In the article Don’t Be That Person Who Wastes Absurd Amounts Of Food On Thanksgiving the author Eleanor Goldberg explains that even though the holiday season can be seen as a reason to indulge, Thanksgiving seems to urge people to buy more and inevitably squander more food. She then goes on to give ways to minimize this waste.
