Per Reporter: On 5/6/18, Tiara disclosed to Talesha (family friend) that her father (William) touched her at the age of 3 or 4. Initially, Tiara was afraid to tell Linda; however, Talesha encouraged her to do so. Tiara informed Linda of the allegations, a week later she changed her story stating “No”, but then after she confirmed it by saying “yes.” Linda and William are divorced; Linda has full custody and William has visitation rights.
