Ethical dilemmas and behavioral simulations help employees to make more ethical decisions because the two complex situations will serve them as a guide in dealing with the current situation. Employees often face the dilemma of making business decisions that involve ethical issues. There may be situations when they have turned apart between profit maximization for their organization on one hand and maintaining the code of ethics on another hand. Hence, it becomes essential for the business leaders to help them make ethical decisions under the given set of constraints. They give the employees with an intellectual as well as a behavioral exposure to the topic of discussion. In other words, simulations force them to take actions, stand up for what they believe and live with the consequences of their action. Other methods, conversely, only need them to express their beliefs about what they think they would do or not do under the given circumstances. Behavioral simulation and ethical dilemma raises the stakes for the employees and helps them introspect into their ethical beliefs and values.
By combining ethical dilemma into behavioral simulation exercises, reduces the formula-driven quantifiability of the situation and makes it more qualitative and humane, thereby raising the employees' sensitivity to ethics and values in managing a business. n this reflective journal entry, we are going to look at that the ethical issues that were presented in the Ethics Game simulations, the decision-making steps that were completed to address ethically the issues, and the ethical lenses that I used to make decisions throughout the simulation. The end product of this assignment is the creation of my own ethical decision making model influenced by the six models studied in this paper. Ethical Decision Making Models The Werhane Model relies on the concept of moral imagination. Moral imagination has three components. The first is Reproductive Imagination. Reproductive Imagination is having a sense of awareness of one’s surroundings, the “schemas [that] are operat[ing]” and recognizing the ethical issues at hand (Week 6, 2016).

A typical example of an ethical dilemma is a salesman; when selling a certain type of product he may face the dilemma of telling the truth about a product and end up losing a sale and his commission. However, he may feel that being truthful reveals he wants the best for the customers and is being more considerate about them. It all depends on how you deal and understand a situation.
Making good ethical decisions requires a trained sensitivity to ethical issues and a practiced method for exploring the ethical aspects of a decision and weighing the considerations that should impact our choice of a course of action.
