Dados da Empresa O que é a Usthemp A Usthemp é uma marca gaúcha de calçados, que se lançou no mercado com a proposta de ter um produto inédito e diferenciado, caracterizado pela exclusividade e personalização. Voltada inicialmente para o comércio on-line, a empresa passou a comercializar os calçados em pontos físicos após uma parceria com a marca Restaura Jeans, que se propôs a reutilizar jeans de calças para a fabricação dos calçados. Com um perfil autêntico e diferenciado, a Usthemp se propõe a vender mais que simplesmente um bom produto, se propõe a oferecer ao consumidor exclusividade, personalização, design arrojado e diferenciação. A parte administrativa da empresa, assim como a fábrica, estão situadas no estado do Rio Grande do Sul, na cidade de Lajeado, rua Júlio Born, 36 – Bairro Florestal. As vendas ocorrem 24 horas por dia através do site, mas a central de atendimento e a fábrica funcionam das 7h30 às 12h e das 13h00 às 18h18. Já o horário de funcionamento das lojas da Restaura Jeans variam de acordo com cada cidade e localização, normalmente seguindo o horário habitual do comercio local. Os produtos da Usthemp são calçados realmente diferentes, que aliam conforto, praticidade e design. Conforto: além da leveza e da palmilha macia, o Usthemp é feito com tecido de propriedades elásticas (ou jeans) e couro, que proporcionam conforto para uso no dia a dia. Praticidade: seu sistema de fechamento é único e ousado, o que permite calçar e descalçar seu Usthemp de forma fácil e rápida. Publicity attempts to ingrain concepts and transmit political and commercial messages into the consumer’s minds, in an endeavor to make them buy specific goods. Por tu Familia Dos is an education based program and is a free for qualifying individuals. This program is 1 month in length and will continuously run, starting at the beginning of the month and ending at the end the month. The first 2 months of the program, will be used to hire and train staff and volunteers. The staff will consist of 1 registered nurses, 2 medical assistances, and 4 community health workers; program volunteers will consist of a minimum of 4 volunteers. All paid staff will be bilingual to be as culturally complete as possible.
