Unfortunately, the quality of health care in America is flawed. Information technology (IT) offers the potential to address the industry’s most pressing dilemmas: care fragmentation, medical errors, and rising costs. The leading example of this is the electronic health record (EHR). An EHR, as explained by HealthIT.gov (n.d.), is a digital version of a patient’s paper chart. It includes, but is not limited to, medical history, diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans. The EHR, then, serves as a resource that aids clinicians in decision-making by providing comprehensive patient information.
When caring for patients it is fundamentally important to have a good selection of up to date evidence Based Practice clinical articles to support research strategies, this allows professionals to assemble the most resent and accurate information known which enables them to make decisions tailored to the individual’s plan of care. It is essential to have clinical expertise and have the involvement from the individual patient, they must have full engagement and incorporation in order to have the accurate evaluation.

Our organization provides an innovative and integrated healthcare delivery system. We remain ever cognizant of our patients' needs and desires for high quality affordable healthcare. I do see how this fits in to the leaders vision for our healthcare systems future. Currently, PHS is attempting to convert all 26 hospitals over to the same EHR and Clinical documentation system, EPIC. Each hospital is fulfilling the remainder of their contracts with current vendors and are implementing procedures to help make the transition as painless as possible.
Investigators Sites are responsible for running the trial day in and day out. Without sites, there are no subjects and there is no trial. The relationship between the CRA and Investigator Site is one of the most overlooked relationship in clinical research. With the concept of envisioning the future of clinical research, CRAs should believe that finding the right Investigator Sites and keeping them happy is the key to ensuring trials stay on track and the data is of the highest quality. Even if they are one-time investigators, eventually, despite the variables, the shared goals of patient safety and accurate data will drive the success of the relationship.

Summary: Poonam, you had a good first 6 months at Target, where you were able to ramp up on Target Technology ecosystem and complete few key deliverables related to the Stores Inventory Management Centralization initiative. Your primary contribution was towards developing API endpoints to get and update the Inventory information in the stores database. To achieve this goal, you worked across multiple teams to find out the patterns and best practices for API development and deployment. Since this was unchartered territory for most of Store Replenishment group, there was little bit of churn in getting the correct direction and standards. Consequently, you have learnt lots of new tools and technologies including Ratpack, GIT, SPOCK, Gradle to

The SWOT analysis is a useful tool for identifying our personal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to our plans and goals. According to a “Fuel My Motivation” article (2010), this analysis considers internal influences that can positively or negatively affect our ability to achieve our goals. The internal factors are our strengths and weaknesses. Also considered are opportunities and threats, which are external influences that can have a positive or negative impact on the ability to achieve our goals. I will share how the self-assessment instruments and self-exercises in this course have contributed to assessing and understanding my strengths and weaknesses. I will also discuss techniques I will use to leverage my strengths and understand my weaknesses. In addition, I will consider opportunities that I can take advantage of and the threats that can possibly impede my progress.
For the goal, first of all, I’m gonna talk about Shake Smart’s goals in the past. - 6 years ago, the company wanted people aware of their business and get to know more about the brand. - They also wanted people to see them as a wellbeing brand that provided good taste, health, convenience, and affordability. - So, these were really important to them to build their brand awareness and image at the same time. - Also, as you can see here is the company’s logo in the past 6 years.
Clinical Research is a field that is expanding at an exponential rate due to the inception of new medical technology and increased demand on non-invasive medical procedures. The evolution of clinical research traverses a long and fascinating journey. From the first recorded trial of a vegetarian diet in biblical times to the first randomized controlled of trial of streptomycin in 1946, the history of clinical trials covers a wide array of trials. A clinical research associate (CRA), also called a clinical monitor or trial monitor, is a health-care professional who performs many activities related to medical research, particularly clinical trials.
One therefore might expect a happy coalition between clinicians and the patients. However Simon Denegri, National Institute for Health
