Minority ethnic community needs - they have specific needs relating to language and culture. Wherever there is different diversity in care, there should be the service of interpreters to translate what is happening with the change.
Lifestyle – this includes food and do less physical activity.
Mass media – the influence of the media helps to bring the health issues to the public. Mass media is also used promote health care.
Human factors – Group of friends of the hospital can help bring about change in health and social care.
Technological matters – electronic record-keeping, electronic communication and assistive technology – with introduction of these technologies, will be life changing for service users with

disabilities.
Politic is a challenging factor. When a new government comes into power, there is always pressure to change all the work the previous one did. Inflation and cut in government spending can pose major challenges because of limited down on budget. Even the disability benefits for service users receive are affected by this change. New technologies are a factor- it reduced the manpower but they are needed to train staff, as technology like mass media is need to publish healthcare activities to the public. Internet technology is giving service users the opportunities to complete on-line assessment about them.
