Eminem is one of the best rappers that have ever aside from being motivational. There is not one thing that he hasn't done that can’t be completed. There has been many obstacles that Marshall Mathers (Eminem) has overcome and to this day he stands still. He changed the rap game forever and motivated people to go out of their way and just do that they love doing. One of the most memorable moments of his career was when he performed with Elton John to prove that he supports gay rights.

Throughout his life he had “been bullied and harassed on a daily basis”(Serpick). All of this changed when he found a handful of friends who recognized his rhyming skills. He then dropped out of school and began competing in local freestyle throwdowns with his crew, the dirty dozen.. Eminem dropped out of school because he didn’t think it was important and failed the ninth grade three years in a row. Later on he would be bashed by other people saying that he won’t make it in the music industry. 2 years later after releasing his first album, it went to selling millions around the world and is considered one of the “best hip hop albums”(“Rolling Stone”). Life for him was very tough especially when he was growing up. It is hard to find a person as ideal as him to set an example of how life is and how we can overcome it. He was betrayed by the girl that he loved, abused by his father and much more, yet he rises above all those obstacles to become famous icon.
