For the second electronics project, my partner and I worked together to program an Arduino to light up and dim an LED with a switch, and then by using different frequencies of light to change the brightness of the LED. We also set up three switches to control the amount of red, green, and blue in the LED and use it to make different colors. We first set up a single light circuit that similar to that of the first project. We then added a switch to the breadboard that would allow us to turn on and off the LED. We then removed the switch and added a potentiometer. This allows us to change the brightness of the LED by turning the potentiometer. The next task was to add a photoresistor that would take in light and change the LED brightness according
The "2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals" held that those business practices that have had a disparate impact effect on the older workers are now considered to be actionable under one national anti-discrimination law (Hamblett, 2004). The case does reaffirm a second Circuit precedent that had been set but which is at odds with what a majority of federal courts have held. The appeals court supported the idea that a layoff plan had been properly brought under the The Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA) although the company did not have the intention of discriminating.
This experiment synthesized luminol (5-Amino-2,3-dihydro-1,4-phthalazinedione) and used the product to observe how chemiluminescence would work. The starting material was 5-nitro-2,3-dihydrophthalazine-1,4-dione, which was, after addition of reaction agents, refluxed and vacuum filtered to retrieve luminol. Using two stock solutions, we missed our precipitated luminol with sodium hydroxide, potassium ferricyanide, and hydrogen peroxide, in their respective solutions, in a dark room, to observe the blue light
I then figured out when, what and where our lights were going to be on, off and what colour. Also sounding and V.O cues.
Increasing the light intensity will make photosynthesis faster. Variables: In this experiment there are a few things we have to keep the same.

In “Wires and Lights in a Box,” the author, Edward R. Murrow, is delivering a speech on October 15, 1958, to attendees of the Radio-Television News Directors Association. In his speech, Murrow addresses how it is his desire and duty to tell his audience what is happening to radio and television. Murrow talks about how television insulates people from the realities in the world, how the television industry is focused on profits rather than delivering the news to the public, and how television and radio can teach, illuminate, and inspire.
Finding and hiring an electrician to do or fix the electrical wiring in your home is not as simple as flipping through the phone book. Many times, homeowners rush into hiring an electrician without doing any background check. They want to get started as soon as possible, and in the process they end up wasting money on an electrician who do shoddy work or charge way too much. If you want an electrician who is good and dependable, not to mention charge a competitive price, you will need to spend some time doing your research. So how exactly do you pick the right electrician? Below are some things you can keep in mind when you are looking for a good electrician.
Project Mercury Project Mercury, the first manned U.S. space project, became an official NASA program on October 7, 1958. The Mercury Program was given two main but broad objectives: 1. to investigate man’s ability to survive and perform in the space environment and 2. to develop basic space technology and hardware for manned space flight programs to come. NASA also had to find astronauts to fly the spacecraft. In 1959 NASA asked the U.S. military for a list of their members who met certain qualifications. All applicants are required to have extensive jet aircraft flight experience and engineering training.
The Effect of Wavelength on Photosynthesis Rate Aim: To be able to To investigate how different wavelengths (colors) of light affect the photosynthetic rate of the synthetic. I will use a pant that is a pond weed called elodea. I will measure the rate of photosynthesis by measuring the amount of o2 given off in bubbles per minute from the elodea. I will do this by placing the Elodea in a test tube with sodium hydrogen. carbonate then I will vary the light wavelength (color) using colored.
Instead I will vary the light intensity the plant is provided with. I will do this by placing the light at different distances from the aquatic plant. I also thought about varying the wattage of the lamp I will be
Tesla Motors Case Study Tesla Motors is a company that produces and sells automobiles. Tesla is not an old automobile company. Tesla specializes in all electric cars that run 100 percent on battery and focuses on the future. Tesla is looking into the future and realizes that fossil fuels will eventually run out. Tesla is moving toward a zero-emission future for the better.
The risk management plan is for Flayton Electronics following their breach in security of their customer’s information. The document provides an explanation and description of the risk management process undertaken throughout the life cycle of this project. The project manger will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining the Project Risk Management Plan. The manager will ensure that all the risk process factors are appropriate to deal with the risks highlighted in the project.
Electroplating Experiment Aim To find the amount copper gains or loses on the electrodes using different amounts of current each time during electrolysis. How the changing of current affects the electroplating of copper. Introduction Electroplating is generally carried out in order to improve the appearance or corrosion resistance of the surface of a metal by electrodepositing a thin layer of metal ion on it. The metal substrate to be coated is made by the cathode in an electrolytic cell. The cell used in electroplating contains an electrolyte which is usually an aqueous solution containing a reasonably high concentration of an ion of the metal which is to be electroplated on the surface.
"I find out what the world needs. Then I go ahead and try to invent it."
Thomas Edison had many positive traits that were a major influence on both the people of the time and people today. Edison was an inventor, and his innovations were a major factor of his influence on the world. Edison once said, "Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work" ("Opportunity", N.D.). This quote shows Edison's motivation. This is just one of Edison's many traits. There are many more influential traits that came about throughout Edison's life such as his curiosity, motivation, inspiration, and perseverance.
