I am going to tell you about the planning and result of my egg drop project. First I took a green container and surrounded the outside with clear duct tape. Secondly I taped the inside which was very tricky. I then put bubble wrap in and taped the egg to it. I taped the top so the egg couldn’t fall out. I named the egg Aidan and have drawn a face on it. My results are wonderful. I drop it from the top of the bleacher and it did not crack. I am so happy that it didn't crack until I let Aidan Deuclos hold it. He tossed it up and it landed on the top and broke into tiny pieces. I had fun doing the project and hat all I really have to say I really enjoyed my results.
My project consisted of a simple set of materials: a 30cm by 20cm cardboard box, a toilet paper roll, industrial glue, 2 rubber bands, 4 water bottles, 2 Oreo cookie trays, packaging tape, and lead shielding sheets. The first day we weighed the egg before putting it in a cup of vinegar, the egg weighed 55.47 grams, we left the egg here for approximately forty-eight hours. The second day the egg was still in the vinegar. The third day we moved it into the corn syrup where it stayed until the next morning, the egg weighed 76.66 grams. The fourth day the egg was put into tap water with one drop of food coloring where it weighed 41 grams, the egg stayed here until the following morning. My friends and I decided to have bad fun for spring break. When we first started egging it was only six of us. Earl, David, Charles, Brandon, Jerrid, and myself. As the first couple of days went by we realized that other people in the city was starting to form teams of their own to get us back for egging them. Let me tell you a little bit about my crew.
In my honest opinion I am very satisfied with this project. I put a lot of effort in it and I believe I may even be able to achieve above just passing. I think this because of the quality I put into this writing. There are three safety features in the egg project. The three safety features are seat belts, brakes, and airbags. The seat belts are made out of tape. The seat belts put pressure on the passenger. This means that it will keep the passenger inside the car instead of flying out and getting injured. The airbags are made out of bubble wrap. The bubble wrap will have a huge impact on the area of the passenger. It is like a soft cushion. This protects the passenger from hitting the passenger. The passenger will get hurt by the airbag, but not as much without one. If there wasn’t an airbag in a car, people would be getting into a second collision. A second collision is where the body hits the car. That is the whole point of an airbag. The brakes are made out of cotton balls. Egg Albumen Experiment The purpose of this investigation is to establish which is the lowest concentration of Copper (II) Sulphate solution that will denature a sample of egg albumen (egg white) at room temperature. The base of the reaction is the globular protein (albumen) being denatured by a heavy metal (Copper (II)), the copper (II) reacts with the NH3 group causing it to denature, this means the proteins' secondary and tertiary structures are being altered and refolding into different shapes, this resulting in a change from the substance being clear to turning opaque.[1] As the concentration of the denaturants increases more folding and changing of shape will occur and therefore more denaturing will occur and at a faster rate. From this I can predict that that lowest concentration of the solution is approximately at 0.03m solution.

I have learned several valuable things from this project experience. First, it’s okay to not know how to do something right away. Ask, observe and experiment. Doing so will greatly enhance my ability to do it correctly and continue to learn. Second, I learned that this can be an experience in frustration if I always try to not make waves. Sometimes waves need to be made to better the project. And third, watch for similar frustrations with my students and intervene before it gets too serious.
In the end, my team and I got an A- for our presentation and paper. I believe that this project was completely successful and although there were some difficult times throughout the process, I am proud to say that we all stayed committed to the project. I feel that this was my most significant leadership experience because I used everything I learned through my experience in business organizations to make this project come to life. I felt that I showed the qualities of a good leader because I was determined, motivated, worked well with the team, delegated tasks to the team effectively, and communicated with the team to make this project
We accomplished and learned many things throughout this experience. I would not have changed the way I approached this assignment because I am quite proud of the final product. All in all, the best project are the ones we learn from and enjoy at the same time. I would definitely
This project really helped me get a better understanding for my dream job, I know how it feels to have problems you can’t explain and I would be more than glad to help other. The salary is nice but the best part is helping a person, that’s the real reward.

In conclusion, I really did enjoy the this group project. We had great group chemistry, an interesting topic, an effective and consistent preparation period. That sounds like a formula to a successful group project to me. This is probably the most enjoyable group work experience for me at Augustana so far. If I could, I would do it
All in all, I was very proud of the final project. This was a wonderful learning experience for me, and I am sure to continue on and use these skills for future purposes. I have learnt the basics of healthy desserts, and now I am ready to advance in the process. There were many changelings faced, but in the end, it’s the knowledge I have gained that matters. I am very proud that I have an insight on baking and making desserts that are healthy, and will help with a better lifestyle.
