I know that you might not like to drink nutritious drinks but it would help you. Some people can not have nutritious drinks because they are allergic. Many temptations are faced in college culture and one of them is underage drinking and driving. Underage drinking and driving has essentially become an epidemic, rapidly developing among today’s youth. College culture has come to encourage drinking and driving through the places and people that surround the students (National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, October 2002). Some people don’t see underage drinking as an issue, when in fact it is a huge issue that every teenager will face. Since underage drinking is illegal people want to rebel by drinking; additionally, alcohol is really easy to get ahold of in college. In conclusion and as can be seen, there are both the pro’s and con’s to the argument for this topic issue. The pro arguments is that the benefit of drinking alcohol for certain people or in this case teenagers, for them drinking alcohol could make them feels better, relieving themselves from stress and also as a temporary getaway from reality. In contrast from that opinion, drinking alcoholic drinking has too many bad effect rather than benefits toward a person social life even to serious health diseases. Therefore I am in agreement with IPU to totally ban alcohol on campus.

We should be able to eat and/or drink in class, what we want, when we want. The main reason I feel this particular way, is because there’s no reason a person should have to go eight in the morning or before until noon or after without eating or drinking something. (If you are in high school, that is). Another one of the main reasons I feel this way is because some kids have problems involving food, such as diabetes. Another possible problem might be hypoglycemia, which, in fact, I have. Hyperglycemia is another major problem in this world. I also believe that students can focus and learn more on a full stomach. Not just because I am, in fact, a student, but because I have been in the situation where I’m hungry and I can’t concentrate on anything, except my stomach and it’s cravings for food.
When talking about school we think of children learning different subjects, history, math, science and etc. I think learning about health and healthy life choices is as important as any other subject, and that should not just be restricted to classrooms. Schools have a great possibility to educate young people about the importance of being healthy.

Refined sugar can be very addictive. When you eat refined sugar, it can cause a huge release of dopamine (a brain chemical that helps us feel happiness or pleasure) in the reward centre of the brain. Nutrient-rich foods such as fruits and vegetables may not contain, or cause the brain to release, large amounts of dopamine. It is also important to understand that the “happy feeling” you get from eating refined sugar can override the “I’ve had enough to eat” mechanism from other digestive hormones. This means that you can be at greater risk of eating more than what your body actually needs.
Something that I noticed about my diet was that I consumed a large amount of sugar. This was shown through the two shamrock shakes that I ate in my food log. I also consumed fudge stripe cookies, chocolate mini muffins, and chocolate pudding, which contained a lot of sugar. Sugar has advantages and disadvantages. An advantage is that sugar it is a carbohydrate and carbs provide energy. Having more energy allows people to live life to the fullest potential. A disadvantage of sugar is that it causes a spike in blood sugar. Having too many drastic changes in blood sugar can causes death. Another negative effect of sugar is that it causes obesity. Consuming too much sugar can cause a person to gain weight, until they are no longer in a healthy weight range. Sugar can also harm the heart. It has been proven that excessive sugar consumption can cause heart disease and heart failure (Cathons, 2014).
