Recommended: The effect of drinking and driving

I plan on presenting a speech on the social issue of drinking and driving and how it can affect a community. I went to a high school where drinking and driving was taken very seriously due a tragedy caused by drinking and driving that killed three students. This incident occurred just before i had gone to high school however I was familiar with the victims. The driver was a graduate of the high school i attended who was driving two other alumni and a highschool senior. The senior girl happened to be one of my sister’s best friend and one of the passengers was my next door neighbor. My neighbor survived however my sister’s best friend did not. will use the personal connection to the tragedy to promote awareness of the issue that plagues our
