Tapes or CD's that made for adults use only, has been very easy to watch for anyone on the internet. Without any restrictions internet porn has been a major topic in a major topic with teens in their homes. Internet porn has been untouched for years, until the president passed a Communications Decency Act in 2000. But it seems like it’s not really affecting anything because minors can still access free internet porn or nude pictures. The CDA makes it a crime to send of filthy videos over the internet, which can be viewed by minors. Pornography still is and will always be available over the internet, but since this law was passed a few years back things changed just a slight bit. The law makes it illegal to knowingly transmit obscene or nasty material to a minor. There is some protection for on line service providers such as America online, and prodigy whose systems are used for transmissions.
Cyber porn raised so many first amendment questions when the government tries to regulate who controls the flow of all that information. In my opinion the only reason pornography is on the internet is a big deal is because kids are now learning about sex at an early age. But in reality, these pornographic relation sites are only a very small fraction of the million sites out there on the World Wide Web. There has been a big discussion of suggestions a rating system. There has been a rating system for sex, violence, nudity and bad vocabulary that was successful with being on video games and movies. The Recreational Software Advisory Council found that thousands of websites and home screens could be rated and controlled. There wouldn’t be no problems with violating rights if this only leads to making sure that kids cannot have access...

... a fact because when me and my friends first started browsing the web, we thought it would be cool to look up porn. And “bANGbROS’ came up as one of the TOP freed sites. From the articles I read didn’t say most of the pornographic pages I reached would say “click here if your over 21 “and at the bottom it says ‘ if your offended by this message or under age please click here “ and we used this to get access. I have to admit that that there’s some sites that lets you game access very easily and

those are the site that should be regulated.
Conclusions
Furthermore I feel like pornography does affect a teenager’s mindset because once they watch it once they got to watch it twice. And that causes them to have a whole new outlook to the world and relationships.
According to the Webster-dictionary The First Amendment is an amendment to the Constitution of the United States guaranteeing the right of free expression; includes freedom of assembly and freedom of the press and freedom of religion and freedom of speech. Since the first Amendment was written by our founding fathers and is part of our constitution it should never be violated. Being able to say and express what one thinks without been afraid of going to jail. In the essays “First Amendment Junkie” by Susan Jacoby and “Let’s Put Pornography back in the closet” by Susan Brownmiller both writes about the First Amendment is when one can express them. Jacoby and Brownmiller both write about pornography and the first amendment using pathos and ethos in their writing. However, Jacoby’s essay is more reliable because she uses ethos to provide credible resources, as well as use pathos to appeal to her credibility.
Regardless of what the world does, in general, this country desires to protect the youth from sex in television and radio. Some Americans feel furious when seeing or hearing sexual material and send complaints to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). While others either support the questionable material or feel indifferent towards it.
Pornography on the Internet has affected our society in numerous ways. From the increased controversy it causes to its support in the economy, Internet pornography looks like it’s going to be around for the long run. Whether you’re an avid surfer of porn on the net or an old granny in rejection of its existence, rest assured that it’s not all its cracked up to be. If your worried that things are going to get out of hand don’t just sit around and wait for others to act. Writing letters in support of your opinion to congressman and legislators may prove worthwhile in the long run. For those of you who feel the porn industry couldn’t be doing better, keep your heads up, things could suddenly turn for the worst.
When it comes to relationships there are many things that need to be present in order for it to work out. You must have support from both sides and honesty is also a big factor. When pornography enters a relationship it can be destroyed and could possible ruin that relationship forever. This essay will be able to inform you of all the ways that pornography can and does ruin relationships. Support for this argument will be drawn from the following sources: Journal of Sex and Marital Therapy, Love, Sex, and Health, and The Question of Pornography.
The Communications Decency Act of 1996 was an outright attempt to censor another form of media believed to "initiate the transmission of, any comment, request, suggestion, proposal, image, or other communication which is obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or indecent, with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass another person." It is clear that its main purpose was to protect minors from indecent and potentially harmful material on the internet. The new law planned on imposing strict penalties for using indecent language, or discussing material deemed to be indecent on electronic bulletin boards or Internet chat rooms accessible to children. Section 502 of the Communications Decency Act states that, "Whoever ... uses any interactive computer service to display in a manner available to a person under 18 years of age, any comment, request, suggestion, proposal, image, or other communication that, in context, depicts or describes, in terms patently offensive as measured by contemporary community standards, sexual or excretory activities or organs ... shall be fined under Title 1, United States Code, or imprisoned not more than two years...." That basically covers any of the over 13,000 discussion groups, as well as...
Many people argue that pornography should not be on the Internet because young children could get into these sites and see things they do not need to be seeing. In my opinion, young children should not even be on the Internet without adult supervision. There is a lot of information on the Internet that young children do not need to be accessing anyway besides pornography. What I do not understand is that you can go to a store and buy a pornographic magazine or go to a video store and rent a pornographic movie and people are less bothered by these than the same thing on the Internet.
In today’s media it is almost impossible to find a show that does not contain some sort of explicit sexual material. Over 70% of television shows include some sort of sexual content (http://lubbockonline.com/stories/111005/nat_111005043.shtml). Adolescents are starting to engage in sexual activities at earlier ages and they do not understand that the media does not accurately portray the risks and dangers associated with having sex. With this adolescents are also becoming more interested and curious to learn about sex and their bodies. The rise of access to the internet and ease of access to pornographic videos at home has been linked to the decline in sexual crimes (http://mises.org/daily/3080). With all of the positives and negative linked to sex and the media it is extremely hard to decide whether it is good or bad for society.
...pornography with such ease, parents are going to have to figure out a way to keep their children off these sites. The only other option is coming home and finding them looking at something they shouldn't. Because some children, given the opportunity, are going to seek out these sites, even if you ask them not to. After all, children will be children.
Pornography today is only a click away, sometimes not even that far, and often times making unrequested appearances on the edges of otherwise innocuous websites. Indeed, a 2008 online survey about pornography exposure concluded that 9 out of 10 male and 6 out of 10 female respondents were exposed to it during adolescence (Sabina, Wolak, & Finkelhor). Those numbers are not likely to decrease, given that pornography is a profitable business with an estimated 13 billion dollars yearly revenue (Jackson, 2012), and that it has never been as easily available as it is now since about 95 percent of the current U.S teen population has full access to an internet connection (Madden, Lenhart, Duggan, Cortesi, & Gasser, 2013).
Of course like any good thing, the Internet comes with its ups and downs. There are several things that aren’t suitable for any child on the internet, such as pornography, violent material, adult c...
Whether pornography is an excuse to make acts of violence public? A big number of famous scholars, no matter men or women, have given their opinions. Each of them has their own view, but we can sort them into two groups, which are against to serious censorship and willing to convict and uproot pornography. Because of pornography, women’s status can never be equal to men’s. Recently, a revolution about the perception of moral values comes out in the world, which refers to how deep the changes of the method people think and act. Media have continuously played a big role in processing those changes in the revolution. Whereas, a lot of changes have been much worse. New violations of human dignity and Christian ideals have taken place. Within here, the media is also important. In the media, widespread pornography and wanton violence have increased in these years. Books and magazines, recordings, the cinema, the theater, television, videocassettes, advertising displays and even telecommunications regularly present a representation of violent behavior in sexual activity, which has been openly pornographic and morally offensive.
This world has become immersed in online media from socializing on networking sites to seeking information on search engines. People of all ages have become reliant on online media, but the most engaged users are the younger, more easily impacted generations. Although there are many positive uses for online media, there are many negative uses as well. Unfortunately, it is all too easy for these negative effects to impede upon the perceptions of adolescents. Some countries have been trying to reduce this effect by expelling the inappropriate content of online media ("Influence on Children Media...”). However, in the United States, children are thrown in the waves, expected to stay afloat in this massive sea, but many are being dragged under the surface by the nefarious temptations media creates. Content that is not appropriate for the young, growing minds of children are easily accessible; a myriad of devices may be used to access this material, all at the click of a button. Without adult content filters on online media, adolescents of various ages are exposed to dangerous conceptions. A world of pornography, violence, and public humiliation lay in the user’s fingertips.
Pornography on the Internet is affordable, available, and abundant. One can easily find websites for viewing this type of material. Although the reports on the actual number of these sites vary, the availability and accessibility of the sites are rarely disputed. Some critics of this form of expression or form of obscenity believe that the pornography itself can cause pornography addictions. Internet pornography does not produce addicts, but rather the propensity to be a pornography addict already exists within individuals by the time they reach adulthood and sustains itself within those individuals.
In recent years, pornography has established itself as perhaps the most controversial topic arising out of the use of the Internet. The easy availability of this type of sexually explicit material has caused a panic among government officials, family groups, religious groups and law enforcement bodies and this panic has been perpetuated in the media.
Sexual activity in the mass media is another negative influence on teenagers. The first example is early sexual intercourse. According to Stockwell, a research shows that teenagers who are exposed to a lot of sexual content on television are more to likely to have sex by 16 years of age than those with limited exposure.
