Diversity refers to an inclusive community of individuals with similarities and differences. Diversity includes unified type of individuals in terms of race, ethnicity, gender, socio-economic status, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, age, and religion (DuBrin, 2015). A business that proactively seeks diversity can build a great reputation and provide multiple prospectives. Diversity in the workplace can “establish relationships with recruiting resources of diverse people, and actively create a culture of inclusion” (Phillips & Gully, 2015, p. 31).
