The benefits of participating in competitive youth sports are worth the benefits because youth sports help children to become active and stay healthy,have better lives, and a bright future.

Playing sports affect young people by improving health issues, and decreasing child obesity can help children effectively with better lives.Young people play competitive sports to learn a skill, make friends, and have fun. But the competition makes it too intense and destructive for children because of sideline instruction from parents with farther goals from what their child wants.
