The main criteria of Delta Airlines is its employees. So creating a work worthy environment plays a vital role in developing their business.
MAKING EMPLOYEES INVEST:
1. Employee profit sharing program was introduced which made airlines unique in industry. 10% of the profits before taxes and management remuneration is paid as bonuses.
