The definition of a hero is someone who is inspiring and wants to maIn my opinion a hero is someone who cares for people and does things for other people, or is someone who is courageous and puts themselves out of their comfort zone to help others. To me I think everyone should have someone they look up to or admire (hero) because I think that will encourage them to get out of their own comfort zone and do good things for themselves and eventually for other people.

My hero is a young woman that I admire. As a versatile actress she is someone who has the power to bring a smile to people's faces even if they are upset. She strongly believes in choosing strong female roles to play in the movies that she is involved in, having the strength and confidence to turn down movies that she does not value. She has been known to regularly give money to people less fortunate than herself and recently impressed the world with a speech to the United Nations in support of feminism. The thing that first inspired me was when she played Hermione Granger in Harry Potter, a role which I believe teaches young people to admire intelligence and loyalty in girls rather than just needing to look good to be admired. Both her parents are British lawyers so she grew up talking with them about world issues which explains why she is really good at getting her opinion about feminism or other issues across to others in a sense that she is right. Her favourite subjects in school were art, theatre, history and english. When she was older she went to a US higher education institution When she was asked why she chose a US higher education institution and not a British one, she said its because the American system allows students to study many subjects at once. Emma has advised her hero to be Natalie Portman and Renee Zellwenger because of their willingness to take on challenging roles in films, even if they are not typically beautiful
