How would I define ethical and ethical action? Ethical means someone’s moral principles that govern a person’s or group’s behavior. Ethical action is somewhat similar; it means how that person or group act’s according to the ethic’s. Everyone has an ethical background if you will. In our nation today there is so many different ethical opinions and belief on how we should be as a society. Here at Lee there are different ethic’s. How should ethical actions impact my personal development? It should impact it tremendously. Why? Because the way I was raised and how I was raised in my beliefs should help guide me through my college my life here at Lee. First of all, what is Faith? Faith is the complete trust or confidence I have in God. I have all the trust in God but sometimes my flesh steps in and makes me doubt what my calling is on this Earth. God is a God that will give you the desires of your heart, but we have to surrender to Him and know what He will make a way for it to come too past. I believe that there is an almighty God that will help guide us through this messed up world we live in. My major is Elementary Education and as we all know that God has been taken out of our school systems, but I really believe that with Gods’ help we as upcoming Christian educators, we will can change that. They only way we can change that is by having Faith in God and allow Him to work in us throughout our learning and teaching years. I have been called to work with kids and believe that in this dying nation that I can and will make a difference in the kids that are in my class. I may not be able to specifically say Gods’ name in school but I can and will pray for them daily and let God us me through my teaching.
