The final solution of the Nazis was to annihilate anyone who wasn’t the ideal aryan race. Hitler wanted a world where everyone was blond haired, blue eyed, and German. He blamed Jews for the economic problems that Germany was facing. His plan would end up killing more than eleven million people, six million of them Jewish. A catastrophe at this level could not be executed without some sort of planning. The Nazis started small; they brainwashed kids and went on to deprive Jews of all and any rights that they had. They systematically organized the execution of millions of people.

When you grow up you are taught the difference between wrong and right. The people that educate you are who you look up to most; you trust that what they are teaching you is right. The Nazis took over school systems and the education of German kids. They inculcated children with the belief that all Jews are bad. “ ‘Just as it is often very difficult to tell the poisonous from the edible mushrooms, it is often very difficult to recognize Jews as thieves and criminals.’” (Document A) The idea that no good Jews exist was implanted into students’ minds; they were not able to form their own opinions.. The Nuremberg laws robbed the Jews of any freedom that they once had before. They were forbidden to go to public places, had to go to separate Jewish schools, had a curfew, and were required to wear yellow stars on their clothes. (Document 3) These rules made everything that the Nazis were planning come together. It was something real that people could refer to when interacting with a non law-abiding Jew.
