Love does not have conditions and it give people power to see someone else beauty in them. In F. Scott Fitzgerald’s novel The Great Gatsby shows that Gatsby genuinely loves Daisy because he only wanted Daisy more than anything else. He became a wealthy person in the society to get Daisy. He did everything legal and illegal job to become wealthy. Also, Gatsby genuinely loves Daisy because he loved her unconditionally and respected her, and her decisions. If he wanted something else from her, he would not put himself in debt and throw parties to make her come to his house. Gatsby’s love for Daisy was true because he did everything to get her, and if he wanted anything else from her, he would not do everything that Daisy wanted.

Gatsby wanted to give Daisy everything she wanted. Even when Gatsby got everything, such as popularity, wealth, and reputation his main focus was Daisy. Gatsby’s powerful dream of happiness with Daisy has become the motivation for lavish excess and criminal activities. When Mr. Meyer Wolfshiem talked about Gatsby such as how he was when he first saw him, and how he didn’t even have regular clothes to wear except for his uniform.
