The purpose of formal meeting minutes is to make permanent, official, detailed notes on all major and minor decisions made, and what actions are proposed regarding those decisions. Formal meeting minutes also act as evidence that proper actions were taken in keeping with procedures against any challenge put against any actions. This also inadvertently (or not) acts as protection for the organisation and the people who participated in the meeting because it gives the absolute truth on what was said during the meeting. Stakeholders in the organisation can request meeting minutes, and these would provide them with information on the direction the people want to take the organisation, and gives them ideas on what they want to do with the stakes
At the initial sprint review we did not have anything to demo since our first sprint tasks had merely been to set up a development environment for ourselves and produce a commit message to our git. A task of which all of us had accomplished. Our review of this task was simply "Great job!".
The Team members: They are responsible for the execution of the tasks at hand, they are also responsible for the tracking and reporting on programs to provide transparency and support decisions to adjust team structures and technical directions.
Giving team members the opportunity to discuss work progress means you can acknowledge each other’s achievements and celebrate success which is important as it will boost morale in the workplace making it a much better environment to work in and may also increase efficiency.

Evaluation and review should be an ongoing process of learning, embedding a process of continual improvement and development. The key to evaluating is knowing what we are measuring. We cannot monitor and evaluate the team’s progress towards agreed objectives without clear advance planning of what we want to do and how it will be achieve. Effective strategic and operational planning, incorporating clear measurable objectives, is therefore an important
As a student, practice is crucial to learn group therapy techniques. In order to achieve these practices, I attended 2 support groups of the same topic. Observation and attendance constructs an idea of how group therapy works. Attending this group was important because of the profoundness of its meaning and experiences I have witnessed.
The aspects of self-care I considered when constructing my plan for the upcoming semester were intended to be comprehensive. Creating a plan with a focus on areas of my total wellbeing it will be easier to measure goals, determine corrective measures, and rewards.

Social facilitation can influence even the best of us. This phenomenon occurs when we successfully complete relatively simple tasks in front of others. Contrastingly, when others are around, we tend to fail at completing more complicated chores. The idea of social facilitation has been experimented and contemplated on for years. As time has progressed, every study conducted always has remaining questions that need to be answered. Andrew Schauer, Warren Seymour, and Russell Geen put together a thorough analysis on social facilitation on the topic of beginning counselors during the 1980s. They examined the effects of observation and evaluation on anxiety levels within said counselors. Though the article had a great amount of information, they
I continued reading The Young Elites and it has been as suspenseful and exciting as the beginning. Adelina is being hunted now for her deadly powers because she is very powerful. Everyone wants a hand on her so they can kill her. Adelina has to practice her powers so that she is ready to fight at all times. Enzo helps her train, which helps Adelina learn her powers and become more powerful. Adelina learns that she is way more powerful than she could ever imagine and loves the feeling of power. Her enemies are also very powerful so she must train to be better than them. Adelina's training foreshadows us to think there could possibly be a fight. One thing that shows us a lot about Adelina and her personality is that she takes her scars from the

I am aware that there are different types of groups and so there may be different way of doing things. However it doesn’t make sense to me because I think the entire session will be built around the goals. Bernard et al noted (p 459) that the better informed that clients are about the objectives and processes of the group, the smoother will be their entry into the group, and the more likely that they will attend, work, and remain. The more informed that colleagues are regarding the objectives and processes of the group, the more likely the referrals will be appropriate and the more likely the group will operate smoothly without internal or external interference or disruption. The goals helps you to know what techniques/procedures you will use.
This gathering gives the opportunity to network with other colleagues. The employee is introduced to other colleagues and acclimatise him/her with the organisation in order to be a productive employee.
