It is true that regular body building, along with supplements consumption for leaner muscles, are more effective. The fact is that, not all people have time to go to the gym. Some of them are less confident in visiting the fitness center to start the whole new thing with strangers. What they need is to find the right exercise with similar efficacy in building muscles.
