In the 21st century, there has been many problems in education, especially in higher education such as college. Problems being the high cost of it and guaranteeing success. College fees have increased over the years due to the government using it for new buildings. Parents stress to pay their children’s tuition, so they could have their dream career. College loans leave students in debt for years, especially students who get low paying jobs. As a high school junior myself, I could see the pros and cons of college. Although college education is quite high, not many people agree whether it's worth its cost due to increased record level of unemployment. In 1965, the figure was nearly 81 percent. ”. And the higher the degree the higher the salary. This shows that going to college is better than going to just high school.
