However, has anyone truly went past the beautiful scenic lands and Hawaiian culture to learn the origin of everything? Fittingly, this essay will go in-depth of the Polynesian culture that soon settled on the Hawaiian islands of today: identifying cultural norms, symbols, and values that influences their communication that encompasses the Hawaiian spirit tourist known to love. Lastly, a comparison of Hispanic culture and investigate qualities that are similar and different between the two cultures. The start ancient Hawaiian culture began with the tribal Polynesians which evolved on the islands of Hawaii. The Polynesians had a hierarchy called a Polynesian caste system, social classes that the Polynesians were born into and weren’t allowed to move into other classes based on religious kapu. Both cultures are collective, however, Hawaiian culture is able to explicitly show that they are able to take care of everyone’s need as every single person has a job. Gender roles don’t stick easily as there is an equal benefit for Hawaiians. The culture celebrates diverse sexual views, unlike Hispanic culture which doesn't quickly accept any show of homosexuality. Most Hispanics have strict roles such as, the women do cleaning, cooking, and hospitality to everyone and whoever is the one with the job is the men, the moneymakers of the household.
