engagement can also increase workers response, critical thinking skills, and dependability skills. These skills can be developed by workers thinking as one putting all their ideas together to solve solutions and find outcomes. Completion of assignments is important in influencing completion of future work duties because whatever you complete goes towards what you are doing such as goals.
Completion of assignments increases your grade in school and your future work performance, which are small accomplishments to an even bigger accomplishment (goal). At the point when an individual is taught to finish and turn in all assignments on the right due date they create great work qualities. For instance: an individual who doesn't finish all assignments will inevitably recognize how it will influence their evaluation, in a workplace the person who can't finish assignment will in the long run get terminated. Completion of assignments influences completion of future work duties by allowing individuals to work to their full potential and get direct feedback on what was wrong or right. Employers look for employees to correctly complete all assignments that are given, to show their dependability and how one works positively under
pressure. Attendance and punctuality at school is very important in influencing future job performance. Attendance is showing whether or not you can be depended on and staying on track. The essentials of being on time, passes on much more than simply a decent feeling of timing. It tells individuals that you're in charge, that you're composed, that you could be relied on; that you esteem them and eventually, that you esteem yourself. Attendance and punctuality show commitment, attentiveness, and determination of what you want in life. Last but not least, teamwork in the classroom and in the work place that influence future job performance. Teamwork in the classroom introduces a variety of skills that will be valuable in the work force such as communication, compromise, and collective effort. Correspondence in collaboration accompanies uplifting disposition, offering new plans and recommendations, imparting data about their advancement, listening deliberately to what others are stating, listening to and recognizing the other workmates experiences and offering support. Compromising during teamwork involves making sure the team leader resolves conflicts effectively, and also make sure each team member is shouldering an equal share of the work burden so no one feels frustrated or resentful, even if it is not your job. Collective effort should be established by an individual’s accountability and their desire to learn. With teamwork you can accomplish more and learn from each other. So, how does classroom/school performance positively influence future job performance? Classroom/school performance positively influences future job performance by teaching individuals morals and ethics of the work world. If a person can carry these skills to the work world they will have a bigger chance of getting a great job and keeping it.
...it, set higher aspirations, have better attendance, come to class more prepared to learn, and have fewer behavior problems” (Robbins and Alvy, 2009, p.178). These achievable improvements should be priority for school districts.

There are several school-level processes that may affect student outcomes either as direct effects of instructional practice or indirectly through support of students’ social-psychological needs (Rowan, B., Chiang, F.-S., Miller, R. J., 1996).
The idea of inclusion or mainstreaming has been around the education community for a long time. Both of these ideas involve including students with learning disabilities in regular classrooms to be taught by regular teachers rather than special education teachers. The difference between the two is that inclusion allows for a learning disabled student to be in a classroom for the majority of their day and mainstreaming allows or a learning disabled student to be in a regular classroom for a set amount of time if they have shown that they (the special needs student) can keep the same pace as the students in the regular classroom. Both inclusion and mainstreaming that include special needs students in regular classrooms could easily be modified to help students without learning disabilities to excel at their education. Including students from a lower class level in a higher-class level could benefit both the higher level students as well as the visiting students.

“Power is exercised only over free subjects, and only insofar as they are free. By this we mean individual or collective subjects who are faced with a field of possibilities in which several ways of behaving, several reactions and diverse compartments may be realized.” (Foucault)
Education mean something different for everyone. Because of this, people have different views for the purpose of education. For some education can be very important and for others no so much. However, education is still present in some ways. Education is used for many things like advancing in the work place and helping out country compete against other countries. The role that education plays in improving the lives of students is by creating democratic citizens; this happens by promoting imagination and the desire to care in classrooms.
After watching this video several times, I observed the teach demonstrating some of Danielson's guidelines. One of which includes 3a communicating with students. Throughout her lesson, the teacher constantly asks the class questions and gets a dialogue going between her and her students. To go along with that, 3b is also used for using questions along with discussion techniques. Engaging students in learning is also used by the teacher. This is shown by having the students get up and move in order to find a partner. After each student found a partner, they were supposed to read the chapter with each other. This goes along with 3c in Danielson’s theory. Another way the teacher uses 3c to engage students is by her asking the students to write
Strategies to support inclusive student participation and engagement in learning allow the teacher to help students who struggle to become involved in class and who struggle to engage in the learning material. Finally, organisation of the classroom and providing directions to learners managing challenging behaviour is highly important to create a positive and creative workspace that allows students to want to learn and to reduce bullying in the class.
In order to be an effective teacher there needs to be an understanding that we all learn differently, this means that no single teaching strategy is effective for all students/learners all the time. This makes teaching a complex process because you need to understand and meet the requirements of all of your learners. Students learn best when they aren’t asked to simply memorise information but when they form their own understandings of what is being taught. When a student has successfully learnt a new idea they are able to then intergrate this information with their previously learnt information and make sense of it. To be an effective teacher you need to work jointly with students to asses where they are at, be able to give feedback on how the student is going and ensure that they are understanding the lesson (Killen, 2013) According to Lovat and Smith (2003) students learning must result in a change in a student’s understanding of the information being taught. In order to show understanding they must be able to share this information with others and want to learn more (Killen, 2013). In order to have a deeper understanding of what is being taught they need to be aware of the relationship that exists between what they knew previously and the new information that is being learned (Killen, 2013).. Students need to be given goals that they can achieve in order to feel a sense of mastery over their own learning, this gives students motivation that they are able to complete tasks and to keep going.
Employee engagement, a term devised by Gallup research group, is viewed as an important management tool for any company who wants to be an effective and productive organization. Researches have shown that employee can contribute positively to the organization vision and goal when a company engage them effectively. The employee will also feel more passionate about their work and have a sense of belonging.
Also, the academically stronger students can increase the incentive of the weaker students to work harder. Seeing the academically stronger students getting good results, the weaker students will probably follow their examples and start to work harder too.
In order to perform at the highest level, an employee must be motivated and have a strong combination of declarative and procedural knowledge. If an employee significantly lacks any of these performance determinants, the manager must address the issue through the most appropriate performance management approach. In the case presented, Heather’s declarative knowledge has been clearly presented. However, her ability to interact successfully with students both during and after class may indicate a lack of procedural knowledge and the possibility of a motivation problem. With the right behavior approach to performance measurement, Heather’s manager could capitalize on her strong declarative knowledge,
Homework offers multiple benefits for real life. One benefit of homework is that it helps the student develop essential skills. While homework may seem like a tedious task, it can help a student comprehend the material. Homework is necessary for more than just a grade; it is an assignment that teaches you valuable life skills. According to “Do students have too much homework?”, homework should lead students to be better at taking what they know and applying it to a certain task. Students tend to portray homework as something that they have to get done without knowing the value that lies behind it. Homework enables the student to recall a certain problem and apply it to another distinctive situation. According to “Do students have too much homework?”, applying knowledge is the most important. Learning is definitely important but what students do with the facts that they learned is essential as well. Applying knowledge allows the students to take a simple fact and relate it to a grander scheme of things. Relating what they know will enhance their creativity and let them see behind the lines of how everything connects.
Schools bear most of the responsibility of preparing young people for the working environment. Children learn punctuality, time management, and to respect the authority of their teacher which prepares them to respect their boss. The curriculum also plays an important role. A class in civics teaches a child to be a good American, and a class in home economics teaches a child how to operate a househol...
